It was a month since what happened in Murthy mansion. No one asked anything from manik and nandini when they returned that day back to Malhotra mansion.
Manik and nandini were very busy due to their works and were not able to spent time much time with each other so manik decided something.
It was early morning when due to alarm manik's sleep broke. He opened his eyes and saw nandini sleeping soundly in his arms. He can see how tired she looked. He carefully put nandini's head on pillow and got up taking his phone and went to balcony. He called someone.
Man: ha saari arrangements ho gayi?
The person on other side replied in positive and manik cut the call and again called someone.
Man: ha khushi I want you to reschedule all nandini's appointment if they can.
Khu: ok jiju ho jaega but aise achanak kyu.
Man: woh main tumhe baad mein bataunga.
Then he cut the call and went to freshen up. Nandini was in deep sleep so she was unaware of the happenings. After an hour she woke up stretching her arms and looked at the clock and widened her eyes.
By that time manik also came after getting ready. He smiled seeing nandini woke up.
Man: you woke up.
He went towards her and pecked her lips. Nandini was still in shock.
Nan: manik main itni der tak soyi and why didn't you woke me. Oh god aapka breakfast aapko office bhi jana hai aur phir mujhe bhi hospital jana hai itna late ho gaya.
She was continously blabbering when manik same towards her and put his lips on hers to shut her up. She widened her eyes and manik seeing her stop broke the kiss and cupped her face.
Man: shh shant meri express train and go get ready I'll drop you to hospital.
She nodded and rushed towards washroom while manik nodded his head in disbelief.
Manik dropped nandini and again came back to Malhotra mansion and start packing his and nandini's clothes.
While on other side nandini after reaching hospital went for her rounds.
After an hour nandini was sitting in her cabin checking a patient's report when the landline of her cabin rang.
She picked it up.
Nan: Dr. Nandini Malhotra
Man: Dr. Malhotra it's your husband look at your window.
She got confused and saw outside the window in her cabin and saw manik standing there leaning to the car.
Man: I think you deserve a break from all this. I am taking you away for the weekend your luggage has been packed and in the car
Nan: can I know where are you taking me Mr. Malhotra.
Man: well that's me to know and you to find out so just come down.
Nan: coming
She called khushi and gets to know that all her appointments are pushed to later. She left from there.
She came down and manik came to her and held her hand and they sat in the car.
Nan: but manik atleast tell me where are we going?
Man: nandini there's a word called surprise you know.
Nandini rolled her eyes.
Nan: but manik bebe papa aur arya matlab aise bina bataye
Man: meri jaan maine sabko bata diya hai
Nan: kya bata diya hai?
Man: yahi ki we are going to
Nandini raised her eyes.
Man: no no I know what are you trying to do but I am not telling you that.
Nandini huffed and turned her face towards the window.
After sometime manik stopped the car. Nandini looked outside amd saw a private jet. She widened her eyes and looked at manik.
Nan: you own this?
Manik kissed her hand.
Man: we own this!
Manan boarded the jet and sat on their seats ready to take off.
Manik looked at her.
Man: so
Nan: so
Man: are you ok?
Nan: ofcourse I am ok. Why?
Man: are you not scared of takeoffs and landings?
Nan: and why will I be scared?
Man: aree haven't you seen in the movies how the girl is scared of takeoffs and landings and hold her partner's hand tightly and then he will comfort her.
Nandini looked at him expressionless then burst into laughter.
Nan: seriously manik matlab it's so cliche. Matlab from where have you seen all these things.
Man: I've heard some stories so I thought
Nan: aww manik you are so cute.
Manik made a bad face.
Nan: well I am not scared of takeoffs and landings as I've traveled in a plane before.
Manik nodded and then the attendants announced the takeoff. They fastened their seatbelts and the jet takeoff.
