Sarah Lynn's pov
I went to the library with Mel to study,and by study I mean listen to the cassette tape she gave me.she pulled out her Walkman from her bag and pushed it towards me,I gently put the headphones on my ears as she entered the cassette tape into the Walkman and pressed play.she grinned eagerly as she looked at me,when the music began to play i was immediately hooked.i quietly gasped,when it ended I gently took the headphones off."So,what did you think?"she asked,trying not to be loud."this is really good,it makes any other teen band sound like dog shit."i said,she squealed quietly."I knew you'd like them."she said,hugging me tightly."I got us tickets to their first show!"she revealed,pulling two tickets out of her pocket.

I gasped,"no way!"i said as I held my ticket.she nodded excitedly,then the bell rang."oh shoot!i gotta go to Cheer practice,"she got up and grabbed her stuff,"You hold onto your ticket,you'll need it for tomorrow."she said.she patted my head and let me all alone,she left the cassette tape behind but then again that was a gift for me.i sighed as I gently picked it up,I placed both the cassette tape and ticket in my binder.i picked up my things and left the library:that was when everything changed.I walked down the hallway,holding my binder.all of the sudden,I bumped into someone.

I tripped and fell,which caused me to drop my glasses and binder."Bogus!I'm so sorry dudette."the guy said,"I-It's fine."i said as i blindly searched for my things.i felt someone lift me up,"woah!you listen to my band?"he asked.i felt my binder in my hands,"yeah,it's really good."i said."oh!here's your glasses and ticket."he said as he handed it to me,"Thanks."i said.i put my glasses on,then I blushed.he was really cute,"I'm Ted Theodore Logan!but you can just call me Ted."he introduced himself."I'm Sarah Jane Lynn,But you can just call me Sarah Lynn."I introduced myself,"Well Sarah Lynn it was nice to meet you,can't wait to see you at my band's concert tonight!"he said.

i was shocked,"Ted's a member of the Wyld Stallyns?"I thought.he then hugged me,"catch you later Sarah Lynn!"he said.he then walked off,I stood there,shocked and confused."Did all of that really just happen?"I thought,I shook my head.i walked to English class,but i was too distracted to learn a single thing.the events that just happened keep replaying in my head,I can't stop thinking about Ted!oh my god,I think I have a crush on Ted!
