I am a girl and am protecting my self,

the whistles to call me like a cat,
the dates you want to bring every night,
the compliments to make me not think straight,
the heys! which don't even make sense,
the words that you say to make me worry,
I am sorry not sorry,
to say that I wont accept them.
dear world,
I am not ready to loose my dignity,
when you want to use me without loyalty,
when you give me names which mesmerize the society,
today you call me princess,
tomorrow you will say that I am priceless,
I am sorry not sorry that,
I will never accept that.
dear world,
you brought to my sisters insecurities,
comparisons you make is killing the silently,
the nights you kept them awake,
waiting for your texts like a birthday cake,
then you appears to them after three days,
while its only Jesus who rose from the dead, lol
I am sorry not sorry to say that,
I will not accept to be like them.
Dear world,
i heard you calling me strong,
while what you are doing is wrong,
the lies you tell like a sweet song,
I am sorry not sorry that,
I will not accept that.
Dear world,
whether am black or white,
I deserve to be alright,
please don't start the fight,
while its not my fault,
I love you but,
I am sorry not sorry,
I will not accept that.
