<Letty's POV>

"She's here," Deckard said, looking towards the doctor holding my baby.

"It's a girl?" I asked, tears forming in my eyes.

"Yeah, she's beautiful Letty," I think Deckard was crying a little too, although he would never admit it.

"Where are you taking her?" I asked the doctors. Where did she go? I wanted to see her.

"We're cleaning her up, it'll just take one second."

And then they handed her to me, the cutest little baby wrapped inside a pink blanket, sleeping soundly. I thought babies should cry when they were born. Why wasn't she screaming?

"Why didn't she cry?" I asked panicked, afraid that something might be wrong.

"Don't worry, everything's fine. She's a tough one, but healthy, everything's normal."

I calmed down. She looked so peaceful laying in my arms oblivious to all the troubles of the world. I couldn't believe how much I already loved her. I noticed Deckard kissing me on the forehead, saying that he would give us a minute alone. I knew that he felt somewhat misplaced that he wasn't the father.

"Look, Dex, she's opening her eyes," he turned around like a lightning had struck him.

"She has your eyes," he whispered. She really did. They were looking up at me and I was sure that I had never been so happy in my entire life.

"Do you want to hold her?" I asked him. He nodded somewhat hesitantly but then held her in his arms.

-------------------

"She's so cute, I could just take her home right now," Mia whispered as we watched the little angel sleep in my arms. After everyone had taken a turn at holding her and saying how gorgeous she was, everyone started discussing names.

"What about Skyline?" Brian suggested.

"I'm not naming my daughter after a car," I grumbled. "And if we were her name would be Jensen."

"How about Supra?" Jesse suggested.

"Yes, why don't we just name my daughter 1995 Toyota Supra Turbo MkIV."

"What about Lykan?" Jesse encountered.

"Like Hypersport?" Leon asked.

"Beautiful car," Deckard nodded along. I hit him in the chest for being a dumbass.

"Okay, that's enough from everyone, I already decided on a name," I announced. "I was thinking I'd call her Tony. And I know it's masculine but I-."

"It's beautiful," Mia interrupted me, hugging me a little too hard for my taste.

"Like Tony. It's great," Leon, Vince, and Jesse all agreed. Tony, Mia, and Dom's father had been like a Dad to all of us.

"How painful was it?" Mia asked.

"And this is my time to leave," Vince explained and left the room with the guys.

"It's not that great," I answered her question. "But look at her, so it really doesn't matter anymore. But yes, 12 hours a really long time to be in labour," I laughed a little.

Wait. 12 hours? That means it was already tomorrow. And if today was yesterday. And yesterday was the 20th of April, it meant that Tony was born on the 21st. Making it the day my family died.

"It's the 21st," I voiced my realization to Mia.

"Yeah, it is." I could tell that she was afraid of how I would react.

"I can't believe that the worst day of every year can now be one of the best," I started crying again. "Dammnit these hormones," I whispered, upset that Mia saw me crying again. She just laughed and hugged me once more.

---------------------

"I don't want to leave," I told Deckard, my eyes still glued to Tony who was peacefully sleeping in her crib.

"You should rest, Let," he whispered.

Let. Dom always called me Let. And just like every other hour, Dom popped into my head. It was like my brain didn't want to let go of him. Especially with Tony in the picture, I had a constant reminder of Dom.

"Don't call me Let," I spat out, almost ashamed that I was so sensitive when it came to Dom.

"I won't but you're going to bed now, don't worry she will be crying in a few hours and you'll get to see her again.

--------------------

I had hoped that memories of Dom would fade, but they didn't. It had been a year since Tony's birth and to my dismay, I had discovered just how similar she looked to Dom.

"Look she's giggling again," Mia said while holding Tony up and swinging her around the house. She loved the plane game.

"She has Dom's smile," she added, not realizing what she had said. After our attempt to tell Dom about the baby no one had ever mentioned his name again. He was avoided like the plague, the only reminder of him being pictures that Mia had once decorated the house with. Only the picture of me and Dom, which used to hang above the staircase got hung down.

"I'm sorry," she immediately started apologizing.

"Don't worry. It's true. She has his smile. She'll be a lot like him, I know that."

"Do you miss him?" Mia asked, seeing this as a rare opportunity to talk about my feelings.

"Of course I do. He's her father," I pointed at Tony, "and he's not here. It just seems wrong you know?"

"Yeah, I know. Still can't believe you had a kid with 21, though," she changed the subject.

"I know right? I didn't even think of having kids. But I'm so glad it happened."

"We really are. We're all so glad," Mia said to Tony, tickling her stomach. She loved that.

"I wanted to ask if you could maybe watch her this weekend?"

"Sure, I always want to spend time with my favorite niece."

"She's your only niece," I replied.

"Which is why she is my favourite," Mia elaborated. "What are you doing this weekend?"

"Dex and I thought we would spend a romantic weekend together since we haven't really had much time to ourselves."

"That sounds sexy," Mia winked at me in the way she used to do in high school. It was weird how much had changed since then. Mia was going to university as a med student, I was raising a child and the boys, well they were pretty much the same. Except for Jesse who now had a girlfriend.

"So how are things going between you and Deckard?" she inquired.
