Together with JooA's family, Hyunjae also came to watch her first project runway. He felt so proud as he watched JooA do her first runway since he had seen the growth in her career. Recalling their first conversation on why she didn't want to be an idol because her passion lies in being a model, made him slightly tear up.

Both The Boyz and JooA's popularity boosts during this period, to the point that they had to be careful whenever they meet.

It was during their birthday month when they finally had a proper meet up. Not gonna lie, the apartment is pretty cozy but fit enough for The Boyz, Hong's siblings, their mom, their aunt, Jinnee and Jeonghan for a mini celebration.

Hyunjae and JooA's birthday was just a week apart and they decided to celebrate together where no fans could come intervene.

They were all aware of the status Hyunjae and JooA had which was why they were all ok to celebrate birthdays together.

As they were chilling, Joshua came over to Hyunjae naturally. "So red nose.." He called out which shocked Hyunjae and those who heard and knew about it. "How did your nickname derived from? My sister won't tell me about it." He explained his question as he spared a look at JooA who was busy chatting with her mom and Eric.

Hyunjae nervously laughed. "Uhh, we met at some spicy rice cake stall and the weather was so cold that my nose turned red." He shared the past story as he looked over her girl for help but she was not giving any glances at their direction at all. Your brother is scary... Help me hing.

Joshua cooed. "Interesting~ Remember your predebut reality show?"

"Flower Snack?" Hyunjae asked back.

"I guess so, the cooking one right?" Hyunjae nodded. "Yeah, that one, so my sister, Eric's mom and I watched the first ep together." He started speaking softly, not wanting JooA to catch what he was doing. "And we were saying how cute Eric was during the hospital scene. She said the red nose was cute instead. You have already caught her since then." Joshua exposed his sister that sparked Hyunjae's interest.

"Ah really??" Hyunjae was in disbelief. He didn't know he had already captured her attention since then.

Joshua then went on to expose more of JooA's embarrassing side which brought their friendship even closer, I mean Hyunjae and Joshua, leaving no awkwardness behind.

Took JooA long enough to realize how close her brother and her crush had gotten. She raised an eyebrow towards their direction. "Since when were they that close?"

Eric nudged her side. "Isn't it obvious that they are talking about you?"

"Oh shiet-"

"Yes shiet better go there and stop your brother from exposing too much." Eric rapped and JooA stood up abruptly to stop her brother.

"Hello Josh and Jerry, what's up?" The boys looked up to find JooA with her unsatisfied look.

(Jerry is Hyunjae's English name FYI)

"Ayo sista? Just in time, we were talking about the tiktok video we made, left-and-right challenge." Joshua being calm, he pulled JooA's arm to sit with them.

Still being suspicious, she sat down and was all ears to listen. "What about it?"

"Took you 3 hours to perfect your terrible dance." And Joshua knew he was going to be headlocked so he managed to dodge by grabbing her arms with his quick reflex. He laughed at his sister's reactions and let go of her arms afterwards.

JooA groaned. "Pain in the ass, what gentleman bullshit is this. Just you wait, I'll expose you to Carats." She ended with scrunching her nose.

Hyunjae smiled in amusement as he watched the siblings argue. JooA then met his eyes and quickly looked away feeling embarrassed.

Joshua then stood up and patted JooA's head. "I gotta go, see ya around sista."

And he really left with Jeonghan and Jinnee, leaving his sister dumbfounded.

Hyunjae then reached out to her cheek and poked it which snapped her back to reality.

"Omg..." She mumbled as she hid herself in her palms.
