I've got an interesting one for today. One you may or may not have heard of.

The number is question is by the Beatles, but it's a bit special. It comes from the United Artists pressing of A Hard Day's Night. I almost prefer this version of the album to the Parlophone pressing. Instead of having all the normal songs, it has strictly the ones used in the film—as well as the instrumentals used in the film.

It really is a beautiful album. The fact that it's from 1964 just adds to it all.

The song I chose today is one of the instrumentals.

"Ringo's Theme" by the Beatles is our song for today.

If you're unaware already, this is the instrumental for "This Boy" that plays during the scene where Ringo goes on his "parading" adventure.

I don't know what it is about this particular version, but it has always blown me away. It's just beautiful. I love the lead guitar part. It just sucks you in right from the start, and before you know it has started, it's over because it's just that perfect.

If you've never listened to the full song, go do it! It's beautiful.

And fun little fact for you—Jimmy Page actually plays on it!

That's the undeniable proof that you should listen to it😌

Go watch A Hard Day's Night again. Listen to "Ringo's Theme" as it plays.

Soak it in.

See y'all later😎sorry I got so philosophical there for a moment😳
