Ahhhh, sentiment.
Boy, have I got a song for today!
"Flapper Girl" by the Lumineers is my choice for today.
This song is obviously about the 1920s. It's about a flapper and her mAn. It's a beautiful song and it touches on a lot of little things from the time period, the biggest obviously being the flappers and all that, as well as what I assume is a man returning from serving in the First World War, and prohibition, which was of course the banning of alcohol in the United States from 1920-1933.
It's a beautiful little tune and one of my all-time favorites🥰
