"Right," Sabo nodded determinedly, "We've planned this for how long now?"

"Six months and twenty nine days."

Ace scoffed, "Too damn long if you ask me."

"And who's fault is that?"

"Once again, Angel is damn heavy. And it isn't as if you're particularly light either, Sabo."

"OI!"

You raised an eyebrow, "Can we please get on with this before I change my mind?"

Sabo coughed, "Right...right... Sorry Angel."

"...Sorry."

"So, where were we?"

"You were saying an unnecessarily dramatic speech?"

"Ah, right." He cleared his throat once more, "I thought it was necessary considering just how much effort we've put into this."

"Just get on with it, or I'll drop you all."

Your face drooped, "I'm sorry that my arm's too heavy."

"It ain't your fault." Ace tapped your leg placatingly with the hand that was holding it, "It's just that Sabo seems to think it's a good idea to only start talking WHEN I'M CARRYING ALL OF YOU!"

Sabo glanced down, "Okay okay, point taken. I'll make this fast."

"Just get on with it!"

"So, we're finally here after so long, and after so much effort, that I think we need to congratulate ourselves."

Personally, you felt that this was a bit much just for doing a dine and dash or whatever it was called. And Sabo hadn't even put in the most effort. Sure, he might have found the shop or whatever, but you'd made the plan. And Ace had to go through a major training regiment just so he could walk normally with you on his shoulders.

You were just saying, it was a little annoying for Sabo to insist on a speech.

"We have gone through so much pain, so much research, to get to where we are today. We should really take the time to let all of this sink in."

Oh he was just rubbing it in now... You'd never punched Sabo before, but there was a first time for everything.

"Do you have the glove, Angel?"

"Yes..." you sighed. You'd put it on over an hour ago now. It would be pretty impressive if you'd forgotten it at this point.

"Good. This is an important day for us all. The day where we finally, finally, can get some decent food-"

"GET A FUCKING MOVE ON!"

You didn't even correct him on his fowl language. At this rate, you agreed with him.

Sabo had the nerve to chuckle, "Right. Are we ready to do this?"

"YES!" You and Ace screamed.

"Alright. Then let's go! ONWA-!"

"Heeeeeeeeey! Angel!"

Was that...Luffy? You wanted to turn around and look, but knew full well by now that it wasn't a good idea to.

Ace bristled, "What now?"

"He interrupted my speech..."

"No one cares about your speech, Sabo."

You ignored them both, "Luffy? I told you that we couldn't play today. We're busy."

"Busy?" Luffy scampered out of the bushes and cocked his head, "Are you guys playing giants or something? But anyways-" he shook his head vigorously, a beaming smile plastered on his face- "SHANKS IS HERE!"
