I've so much to tell you but my words fall short, my tongue gets heavy, my voice breaks, my breath faulters...
I have so much love for you that it physically hurts to the point sometimes I would just love the idea of numbness... just for a few minutes... just until it passes... I'd always wanted to be loved and to love... just didn't realise that it would be such an arduous task of not being able to be with you...

I never thought I'd fall for you...
Never thought I'd fall for anyone but that's a different story altogether...
But falling for you was the best thing I ever did...
Unintentionally... the best thing that ever happened to me...
I'd give my everything to you... as long as my body and mind permits...
I'd like to think you will make me a better person... just the way you are... or rather we will make each other better... together...

Listening to you breathe... just listening and letting it sink...
The feeling of having to live not just for myself but for another soul...
I'd never realised how much you affect me... when I write these words teary eyed... no crying you say... but I'd rather just cry for missing you,for loving you, for that longing deep inside me...

I've always searched for a home of my own in some people I came across... have knocked on all the wrong doors... trying so hard to get in and finding my spot...
Yet here I was... never wanting to to try anymore... you have opened your door, invited me in and just gave me your heart...
I've found my home in you.

I have always penned down my thoughts and feelings when it gets heavy... bringing me down... saddening to the point that I had gone days with a fake smile and dead eyes...
Getting by with this emptiness in my heart...
Now I don't feel it anymore... You are the reason I don't anymore... Now my smiles are genuine, from my heart... And as you say... my eyes do shine... 'Coz I feel alive!
