Erin's POV

"But mommy," Boo questioned "I thought you said that fighting was a very bad thing and never to do that cause it was mean."

I sighed Boo immediately after she woke up, now feeling much better after being so sick, began to question me about my now purple face, varies cuts and bruises, and why I had blood on my clothes. I tried to explain that mommy got in an argument with a man who was very rude to her, but she being the smarty pants she was automatically knew that mommy got in a physical fight.

This sprouted many questions about what happened and she was very bothered by the fact that somebody hurt me. I was touched, really but it's sorta hard to explain to a four year old why you would hurt somebody, especially when kids think that there parents are perfect and don't make mistakes.

"Your right sweety, fighting is a bad thing, and you should never do it, but sometimes people make mistakes and we just have to try better next time. Ok?" I explained

"Okay mommy, but that man must of been REALLY mean for him to hurt you." With that she gave me a gentle kiss on the nose and proceeded to skip off into the living room to play some games.

I sat down with a sigh on the kitchen stool. Right as I began to relax I heard a knock at the door and heard Boo scamper to the door.

Shit! I forgot Sonja was coming today she was gonna have a lot of questions.

"SONJAAAAAAAA" I heard Boo exclaim giddy with excitement.

Boo walked through our main hallway with Sonja following close behind, smiling at Boo who was dancing around with enthusiasm. However when she looked up at me she stopped in her tracks.

"What the fu-" she stopped remembering Boo in the room "fudge muffins happened to your face?!?" She finished using more age appropriate words.

"Mommy got in a fight" Boo chimed in " and she beat a rude man's ass!"

"Boo!" I scolded

"What?" She questioned innocently " that's what you told Grandma on the phone."

Sonja let out a nervous chuckle, and looked at Boo "why don't you go play and me and mommy will talk and when we're done I'll play some games with you."

Boo's face lit up with the thought and she once again skipped out of the room leaving me and Sonja alone.

"So what happened exactly?"

*time skip of explanations and glitter*

"Wow! What and asshole" Sonja said after I finished retelling the events of the previous night.

"I know right, but at least I'll never have to see him again." I sighed

"That's true" Sonja agreed " but if you do every see him again let me know so I can help you kick his ass."

Little did I know I was going to be seeing him again very soon.
