Charli's POVAfter showing Ivy around, I walk back into the living room to be met with Daisy and Thomas screaming at each other at the top of their lungs. Since the Hype House launched and became a 'thing', Thomas and Daisy have been steadily growing apart.
They're the best of friends a majority of the time, but whenever Thomas and Chase have an interview published, Daisy always gets annoyed at them. It's not ideal, and I can't help but think that one day they won't be friends anymore, and one of them will do something they'll regret.
I sit down next to Chase again and try to tune out the screaming match. Ivy walks out of the bedroom and her eyes widen at the noise, but she carries on walking until she reaches the corner. She sets up her laptop, connects her phone to a speaker and puts on her tap shoes and I turn to Chase, smiling.
"Watch Ivy," I whisper to him and he looks at me in confusion. "Just trust me on this one!" He still looks confused but does what I say anyway. Ivy stands up, shaking her feet, making sure her shoes are tight enough. Once she's waved to the computer, she takes a few steps back, still looking at the screen. Thomas and Daisy are still yelling, and I can only hope that this will shut them up.
The speaker begins to play music and I watch as her demeanour changes. I love to watch Ivy dance, whether it's at a competition or just in a technique class. She becomes so much more confident; it doesn't matter if she's in a room full of people she doesn't know. It's like she forgets where she is and just has fun. When she taps, it looks like she's always been free and her life was always easy and calm, even if it is the complete opposite.
I look up at Chase. "Told you that you'd want to watch!" He just smirks and pulls me closer to him. We sit watching Ivy for a few more minutes, and it's only when Ivy finishes the routine she was doing and it goes quiet, that I realise. "Hey, Thomas and Daisy stopped screaming!" They were both sat on the other couch, with Harley in-between them, watching Ivy dance.
"Good job Vee, that looked great!" I yell over to her and clap. Ivy looks over at me with a slight smile and blushes, rolling her eyes. Shut up, I messed up a lot, she pulls a face and I chuckle. "Well it looked great to me!"
________________________________An hour later, Ivy's finished her class and is sitting against the wall. I walk over and sit next to her, handing her a water bottle. "That looked pretty good!"
She opens the water and drinks practically the whole bottle in one. I wasn't my best, having people around me put me off slightly. It was alright, I'm starving now though. She signs, trying to catch her breath.
"Well, go shower and get changed, and then we'll figure out what to do for food." I stand and pull her up, giving her a hug. She runs into the room, grabs some clothes, and goes into the bathroom.
Ivy's POV
After showering, I head back into the living room and sit next to Dixie and Addison. Pixie, what are we doing for food? I'm kind of hungry. I sign and she nudges Addison.
"Hey, Addi, do you know what we're doing for food?" she asks and Addison nods.
"Yeah, I think Thomas said something about going to In-n-Out. It's only like five minutes away and it shouldn't be that busy so Ivy should be alright!" Addison says and I smile gratefully at her.
Dixie, I like her, you picked a good one.
Dixie blushes furiously. "You can shut up please!"
I didn't even say anything! You can't tell someone to shut up if they didn't speak! I huff in exasperation.
"What are you guys talking about? And why is Pix so red?" Addison looks confused as Dixie hits my arm.
