You Chose Her

Chapter 30: Feelings

Jungkook's POV:

"Okay. Think about the cutie that is my best friend SinB."

I thought of SinB. My heart began to beat fast. I smiled as the memories flew by in my mind.

"How fast is it??"

"Pretty fast," I said as I grabbed her hand and placed it on my chest.

"Dang oppa!! You must love her a lot!!" 

I laughed and then looked her in the eyes. 

"Okay. Now think of your mystery lover!!" She said. 

If only you knew...

I closed my eyes and kept her hand on my chest. 

I began to think of her and smiled to myself as everything we've done together passed through my memory. 

My heart began to race like never before. Everything that we've ever done together made me feel happy... alive. A feeling I hadn't felt with SinB in forever. 

"Oh my god!! Are you okay??" Eunha asked. 

I laughed and nodded my head. 

"Jeezus!! You must really like that girl a lot!!" 

I smiled at what she said and began to think of what to do. Eunha hopped off of the island and walked into the living room. 

Umm... what??

I followed her into the living room and saw that she was sitting on her couch browsing through Netflix. 

I sat down next to her and laid my head on her lap. 

"So what should I do??" 

She kept her focus on the TV, "I think that you should go be with that mystery girl of yours. Don't get me wrong. I love SinB. She and Yuju are my best friends. But..." She said as she looked at me, "It just seems like you don't love her as much as the other one." 

I nodded and just stared at the ceiling, "So you think it's better for me to leave her??" 

"Sadly... yes. If you aren't in love with the person you used to be, it begins to show and you slowly begin to drift away from each other. Making it harder and more hurtful when you part." 

I sighed, "But I feel bad. I don't want to hurt her." 

"But you'll only hurt her more if you string her along if you don't love her like you used to." 

"That's true."

"Look, Kookie. I don't know what's going on in your relationship with her but if you're not happy with her... and you don't love her like you used to. I would prefer for you to end it with her because I don't want you to hurt her. She's my baby. She's my lovely bestie... and so are you. But I don't want her to get hurt." 

I nodded, "I know. Believe me. That's the last thing I want to do." 

She nodded and finally chose a show. 

"I'll break up with her tomorrow." 

"W-what???" 

"I need to end this as soon as possible. I can't keep toying with her feelings." 

"Okie. But tomorrow is Unnie's anniversary with Tae oppa. So don't ruin it for them." 

I laughed, "How is that going to ruin anything??" 

"I don't know. You never know." 

I laughed and shook my head as she focused on her head. 

"I'm hungry!!"
