INGREDIENTS :

4 potatoes

2 green chillies ( finely chopped)

3-4 tbsp coriander leaves

1/2 tbsp red chilli powder

1/2 tbsp garam masala powder

1/2 lemon

1 tbsp rice flour

1 tbsp salt

100 ml oil

STEPS:

STEP 1 : Pressure cook the potatoes in cooker for 2 wistle.

STEP 2 : Peel the skin of potatoes and mash them in a bowl.

STEP 3 : Add green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder,garam masala ,salt ,rice flour and squeeze half lemon. Mix the ingredients along with mashed potatoes .

STEP 4 : Rub some oil in your palm and roll some tikki in round shape.

STEP 5 : Take a pan add oil and heat it for 2 mins . Now slowly put the tiki into the pan and fry till it's golden brown on both sides.

STEP 6 : Serve it hot with some tomato sauce or mint chutney.
