INGREDIENTS :
1 packet raggi vermicelli
7 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
2-3 tbsp shredded coconut
1 glass water
STEPS:
STEP 1: Take a pan add raggi vermicelli to it and stir fry for 2 mins in low flame until an aroma comes.( the vermicelli wont stick since it is has been shallow fry)
STEP 2: Add a glass of water to the pan and soak the raggi completely . Cook till it is done.
STEP 3: Pour the sugar into the pan and stir continuously, so that it melts quickly .
STEP 4: Now add the milk and give a gradual stir. Boil for 3- 4 minutes .
STEP 5: Sprinkle the shredded coconut and turn off the flame. It should be served hot and it gives a wonderful taste while eating the coconut along with kheer !!!..
