This health drink can be given to kids as well old people. It strengthens our bones and produce energy.

INGREDIENTS :

10 no of badam

10 no of cashew

2 tbsp poppy seeds

2 tbsp ghee

1/2 litre milk ( boiled milk )

200 gm sugar

1/4 dried coconut

1 clove

1 cardamom

1 cinnamon stick

2 tbsp raw rice

2 cups water

STEPS :

STEP 1 : Soak badam , cashew, poppy seeds, raw rice overnight.

STEP 2 : Wash the above ingredients in step 1 with fresh water.

STEP 3 : Take a mixer jar add the soaked ingredients along with dried coconut bits and grind it to fine paste, add water if needed.

STEP 4 : Now add 2 cups of water into paste and take the milk out of those ingredients and remove the waste using strainer.

STEP 5 : Take a pan add ghee to it. Now add tempering ingredients Clove , cardamom, cinnamon. Add the milk mixture to the pan. Stir this mixture for 10 mins continuously.

STEP 6 : Check the consistency of mixture and when it starts to thickening add the boiled milk and sugar allow to boil for 5 mins .

STEP 7: Garnish with some dry fruits like badam , pistachio, cashew and serve it hot..!!!
