Famous Mutton Hariyali recipe ( Prep Time : 30 mins )
INGREDIENTS :
500 gm mutton
2 onion ( Thinly sliced)
1 tomato (chopped into cubes)
1 cup coriander leaves
4 green chillies
2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
2 cinnamon stick
5 clove
3 cardamom
2 medium piece coconut ( chopped )
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 glass water
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
For Paste :
Take a jar add green chilli, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, coconut, coriander leaves, tomato and add little salt. Grind it to a fine paste.
STEPS :
STEPS 1 : Take a pressure cooker add some oil and onions fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell goes.
STEPS 2 : Add mutton chunks into cooker and fry along with onions for 2 mins . Sprinkle some turmeric powder stir it until the meat is tender.
STEPS 3 : Pour the grinded paste into cooker and add required water . Season it with some salt.
STEPS 4 : Cook the meat for 5 whistles. Garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander.
Serve it hot with some white rice .....!!!
