Traditional Indian Dessert ( Prep Time : 30 mins )
INGREDIENTS :
1 kg carrots
1 litre milk ( thick creamy )
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milkmaid
2 cinnamon
3 cardamom pods
2 clove
100 ml ghee
2 tbsp Almond
2 tbsp Cashews
STEPS :
STEP 1 : Peel the skin and grate it using grater.
STEP 2 : Take a kadai add some ghee , after it melts add the cinnamon,cardamom,cloves for tempering.
STEP 3 : Add the grated carrots into the kadai. Mix well until the colour changes and water rids off.
STEP 4 : Pour thick creamy milk into the mixture and boil it for 10 mins .
STEP 5 : Add sugar to the kadai . Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
STEP 6 : Mix the milkmaid and stir until it is completely solid.
STEP 7 : Garnish it with some almonds and cashews.
Serve it hot or cold it will be best dish....!!!!
