Seven.

Lucifer's eyes widen and I watch him in caution. I told him I am pregnant, of course he's going to freak out. I am in shock too, I can't quite wrap my head around it. I'm carrying a half mortal, half celestial baby for God's sake.

"Lucifer?" I whisper and held his hand. He finally lets go of a sigh and leans into me. "I love you, Chloe." He said and gave my lips a kiss. I respond and a sense of calmness rush through me. "And I love you too." I sighed and smiled.

"So, are we still up for getting our wedding bands or..." He trailed off. "Yeah babe, I'm up for getting our wedding bands. I'm okay, I just need to take a shower and eat." I smiled at him. "Okay love. Get in, I'll join you in a while." He said and helped me to the shower.

I step into the shower and the cold water cascades down my body, waking up my thoughts. I can do this, I can handle this. I'll get through this, alive and strong. As I was about to soap my body, Lucifer steps inside and hugs my behind. "Looks like you need help, detective." He said. I turn around and face him, pulling him under the shower and replied, "Help me with what, babe?" "Hmm, don't act so coy Chloe, it doesn't quite suit you." He said, closing the gap between us.

He grabs the soap behind me and starts to roam his hands all over my body. His skillful hands massaged my shoulder, easing the tension off of me. I hum in appreciation and said, "Am I that dirty?" "Not much darling. But I can make you dirtier and can make all this cleaning effort very much worthy." He said and I can sense that this shower is going to get dirty indeed.

His dark orbs look through me and it's screaming pure desire for me. "Very well then, make me dirty." I whispered into his ear and right on that exact moment, he doesn't need to be told twice.

He gently grabs my thighs and pushes me against the wall. We're wet and making out, and I realized, this is too much foreplay. I need him. "Lucifer, I need you." I sigh as we broke out the kiss. "And I you, detective." He said, he suddenly lets go of my thigh and turned my body around, making my palms push flat on the wall.

He smooths out the on my back and I can feel his breath right at my ear, making me shiver. Pleasure runs through me as he teases my slit with his shaft. "Please babe." I whimper. He's such a tease. "All in good time baby." He growled and starts kissing my neck whilst still teasing me. He suddenly stops and I can feel his member right at the entrance of my core. "I love you Chloe." He said as he entered me and I can feel pure euphoria and satisfaction.

We established a steady and slow rhythm and not long enough, I'm riding my climax with him. He comes inside of me right after I climaxed, making me giggle. He kisses the corner of my mouth and pulls out.

"What's so funny?" He said, trying to hide his devilish grin. "I avoided having sex with you for so long, it's too heavenly. I missed out a lot." I said. "My my, who are you and what have you done to the detective? I'm quite sure that she doesn't have a naughty mouth. And trust me detective, you missed out a lot but I have a lifetime with you to make up for it." He grinned.

I laughed and kissed his lips, when I broke out I said, "Well, having mind blowing sex with you kinda turned my head around." "What can I say love, the devil's dick is quite almighty." He winked and that remark earned a slap on his arm from me.

We finished showering and dressed; Lucifer with his usual three piece suit. He's wearing a navy blue shirt with a black vest and jacket whilst I dressed with my plain black shirt and denim jeans, paired with my ankle boots.

When we're done, Lucifer pulled me towards the breakfast bar to dive into our meal. I finished my plate and it somehow made me a bit happy. Lucifer finishes his spiked coffee and grabs the key to the Vette.

We drive through the busy streets of LA and I couldn't feel anymore complete. Just being with him makes me happy.

"Detective, have you told anyone about it?" He asked. "Well, I haven't told anyone yet. I have to make it sure first. I think we should keep it for a while. You know, we could surprise everyone at the wedding with the news." I said, glancing at him. "Sounds fun, love. Have you made an appointment to see the doctor?" He replied. "Yes, actually. 2'o clock this afternoon. Will you come with me?" I asked. "Of course." He smiled and brought my hand to his lips.

We drove around LA, running through our errands. We stopped by at a restaurant to get some lunch before meeting the doctor. It's a small clinic near Santa Monica and as we near the place, I can sense Lucifer's tense.

"What's wrong?" I asked him as I got out of the car. "Nothing love. Maybe I should just wait outside." He said as he tries to pull out a cigarette out of jacket pocket. "Come on, tell me what's wrong." I said. "I'll wait here." He said and kissed my cheek. "Fine." I sighed and walked towards the glass doors.

The receptionist greeted me and guided me to the waiting area. Lucifer's nervous. I can't help but doubt if he's okay with the big news. Sure it was a lot to process but I knew this was coming.

"Ms. Decker." a voice called, interrupting my thoughts. I stood up and went inside. This is it, I guess. I've been through this, I can handle it.

"I'm doctor Martina. Nice to meet you miss Chloe." The doctor said and shook my hands. "You too, doc." I smiled. After we discussed the basic details, she directed me to a changing room to change my clothes. I laid down the bed and right before we start, Lucifer came in.

They exchanged pleasantries and Lucifer sat beside me, holding my hand. "I thought you'd wait in the car." I said. "Well I said, I'd come with you right? I'm a devil of my word." He winked and I turned my focus onto the screen.

The doctor pointed at the small blip at the screen, she said it is the baby. "I'd say, 3-4 weeks?" She smiled.

Damn. I look at it in wonder and all I felt was happiness. We indeed made our baby. The thought made me smile. I turned to look at Lucifer, he chuckled and smiled.

The doctor left to let me clean up and dress, leaving me and Lucifer alone in the room. "Congratulations, Detective. You're going to be the best mother our child could ask for." He said as I sit up. I smiled at him and kissed his cheek.

I lean in and whisper to his ear, "The devil is going to be a dad."
