Chapter 6

It's been a year since Beacon fell and the city of Vale destroyed. The year has been rough for everyone, some were harder than most. Trenton spent his time searching for Ozpin with some help from his friends. Trenton has become more agitated and aggressive from the long search. Sarge is worried about his friend's mental health. Trenton has gotten a lead on Ozpin's location. He is currently trekking up a snowy mountain. Trenton stops and looks through a pair of binoculars. He looks out to the village in the distance. Trenton contacts Sarge on his scroll.

Trenton: Village up ahead. I'm gonna check it out.

Sarge: Be careful up there. We don't need you getting into trouble.

Trenton: You can supervise if you'd like. Just don't bitch about the fuckin' cold. I'm freezing my ass off up here.

Sarge: Says the one bitching.

Trenton: Fuck off and get your ass up here.

Trenton ends the call and sends the coordinates of the village to Sarge before making his way there.

Grimm Trent: That could have been said a bit nicer.

Trenton: (I have been looking for Ozpin for a fucking year. I have been keeping a lookout for whenever Grimm RWBY decide to show up. Let's not forget the sleep I lost just to do this shit! I'm basically running on fumes right now!)

Grimm Trent: Head into that inn.

Trenton makes his way into the village and enters the small inn. He walks up to the counter and lays down his lien to purchase a room. After the purchase, he finds the room and steps inside. Trenton locks the door before laying down on the bed. The room wasn't very big, but it's all he needs for a bit. He dozes off moments later. Inside the lobby, Oscar is walking to his room he purchased earlier that day.

Ozpin: One of my former student's nearby. And  a powerful force.

Oscar: What should we do?

Ozpin: Knock on room six.

With Trenton, Grimm Trent wakes him up.

Grimm Trent: We have incoming. Check the door.

Trenton gets up and opens the door to see Oscar about to knock.

Trenton: Who the fuck are you?

Oscar: I'm Oscar. Are you one of Ozpin's students?

Trenton: Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. If you don't have any idea where he is, I'm gonna have to shut this door.

Ozpin: Let me take over for a bit.

Oscar: (Alright.)

Ozpin takes over, Oscar's eyes change to a glowing green and voice changes to Ozpin's.

Ozpin: Mr. Richards, you don't have to look any further.

Trenton: I have spent the last year, looking for you. Only to find that you're in the mind of kid. That would have been weird for me.

Ozpin: You seem different, aura wise.

Trenton: After the fall of Beacon, I gained some insider knowledge. Salem, she turned team RWBY into Grimm.

Ozpin: We know. We're trying to find Qrow.

Trenton: He's out on a recon mission. Best I can do is to bring you to Sarge.

Ozpin gives Oscar control of his own body again. Trenton grabs his stuff.

Trenton: Let's head out. The sooner the better. I don't want to play "Where's Waldo" again.

As soon as they're about to leave, shouting and gunshots can be heard on the lobby.

Trenton: Alright, Oscar. Keep your head down. If you have to, use this.

He hands Oscar a knife.

Trenton: Quick and lethal. They don't give a shit about your life, so don't give a shit about theirs. Actually, stab the first fucker you see and take his gun.

The two head down the stairs and towards the lobby. Trenton grabs a guy and throws him to the ground for Oscar to stab. Oscar picks up the gun after killing the guy.

Oscar: I don't know how to feel about this.

Trenton: Get use to it. I hate to sound like douchebag, but you have to fight to survive anymore.

Trenton slams another guy's head into the corner of the counter. He dodges gunfire and stabs the guy in the chest before ripping his sword upwards. Oscar shoots the guy behind Trenton, who moves on to the last.

Trenton: Room's clear.

They move towards the exit, but something is thrown through the window and catches parts of the building on fire.

Trenton: Molotov!

Trenton shields Oscar and himself from the flames with his cape. The two get out and Trenton pats out the flame on his cape.

Oscar: The snowmobile!

Trenton: That one your's?

Oscar: Yeah, I had it for a little while.

The two get on, Oscar in the driver's position and Trenton is on the back. Trenton contacts Sarge.

Trenton: I've found Oz, we're on our way to you.

An explosion goes off and a figure is seen walking through the flames. As the figure gets a bit closer, it's revealed to be Grimm Yang. Trenton's eyes go wide in shock.

Trenton: Shit! Oscar start it up, we gotta get the fuck outta here!

Oscar starts it up and takes off as Yang raises her left arm, which has big ass gun, and fires. They barely dodge the blast.

Sarge: How about I send a Raven your way instead?

Trenton: Got a place we can meet up?

Sarge: Marking a place now.

The checkpoint pings on Trenton's mini map upgrade.

Trenton: Alright, Oscar, just gain speed as we go down this mountain!

Oscar: What?! Why?!

Trenton: We have a jump to make!

As Oscar weaves around trees, Trenton shoots at any oncoming threats. About fifteen minutes later, the two see the Raven Sarge sent. It lands on the other side of the mountain cliff. Oscar makes the jump to the other side and they slow down. Sarge meets up with Trenton and Oscar.

Sarge: What all happened out there?

Trenton: Met Oscar, who's housing Ozpin, the inn got attacked, Grimm Yang showed up, and we had a badass exit. Oz would like to know where Qrow is.

Sarge: He's still doing his recon mission. May I ask why?

Ozpin: He has my cane.
