The light shining from the window woke the blonde haired man. Draco groaned as he shifted slightly, pulling the witch in his arms closer. Knowing that when she wakes up, she would most likely leave just like every morning when she finds herself in his arms.

Draco was about to doze off once more when he felt her move as she let out a contented sigh and scooted in his embrace as he tightened his hold on her.

"Draco?" Her groggy voice asked, moving slightly to get a better look at the blonde.

"Hmm?" He opened his eyes only to be met by her sleepy brown ones. "What is it, love?"

"Can you let me go? I really have to use the loo." She mutters, squirming slightly in his hold. He nodded, kissing her cheek as she scrambled up, pulling on his shirt and made her way towards the bathroom.

Draco had worn his boxers and laid back down on the bed just as Hermione emerged from the bathroom, fully clothed. The blonde frowned upon seeing her in her last nights clothes, no longer wearing his shirt. Her hair pinned up in a bun as a few loose curls frames her face.

"Where are you going?" Draco asks, propping himself on the bed.

"Home." She replied simply, dusting her dress off.

"But I thought-"

"It was a mistake." She cut him off, looking at him in the eyes. Draco's frown deepened as the words registered in his brain.

"Granger, I-"

"I have to go." She hastily added, ignoring his calls as he scrambled off the bed, running after her.

Merlin, this witch is going to be the death of me, he thought as he followed her down the stairs. She was almost at the door when he had finally grabbed ahold of her wrist, turning her around to face him. He was shocked to see, tears streaming down her face and without hesitating, he engulfed her in a hug.

"Let me go!" She screams, pounding on his chest but Draco didn't budge. He didn't want to let her go. Not after what had happened between them. Whether she knew it or not, Draco would never let her go. He was possessive. He didn't want to share. Especially when it came to the witch in front of him.

"Malfoy!" She hissed, trying to break free from his grip. "Let me go!"

"No."

That made her stop. "What?"

"I said no, Granger."

"But-"

"I want you to stay." He said, looking into her brown orbs. "Not just for awhile. I want you to stay with me as long as you want to. I know I may sound selfish but the moment we had agreed to this arrangement. I knew I was fucked-"

"Malfoy-"

He ignored her. "-I knew the moment I saw you that I wanted to make you mine." He tucked a few loose curls behind her ear. "Granger...Hermione, please stay." He rest his forehead against her. "I may have given you every chance and reason to leave me. But please don't leave. I need you, Hermione. I want you to stay. So please stay."

Hermione was stunned. It was one of those rare moments where Hermione Granger was rendered speechless. She was beyond speechless. She didn't know what to say. The man she had fallen in love with for the past months wanted her to stay. Not just for the night or for pleasure. He wanted her to stay. For as long as she wish. And Merlin, help her that they both know that she would stay forever. He didn't even have to ask.

"Draco." He looked at her, eyes filled with hope as he bit his lip nervously. She cupped his face in her hands and brushed her nose against his. A smile spreading on her lips as she looked at him. "You really want me to stay?"

"Forever, if you wish." He answered without any hesitation.

"You're not just saying this because of the sex, right?"

"Hermione, I wouldn't have agreed to this silly arrangement of yours if all I wanted was to fuck you. Even though that would be great." He said cheekily, making her smack him on his chest. He chuckled then turned serious. "But I do want to do this with you. You know, going on dates, spoiling you with gifts and all that."

"You really mean it?" She asks, knowing full well what his answer would be as she snaked her arms around his nape and his wrapped around her waist.

"I do."

"Okay."

"Okay 'yes that I'm going to stay?' Or okay 'no I'm going to leave you after stomping on my heart and shattering it to pieces?'"

"So dramatic." She rolled her eyes but her lips curled into a smile. "I meant, okay yes I'm going to stay. Unless you want me to leave." She said, smirking.

"No, no we don't want that." She laughed as he tugged her closer.

"Thank you, Hermione." He added after a moments silence.

She tilted her head up, confused. "For what?"

"For agreeing to stay."

She smiled. "Always, Draco." She pecked him on the lips. "Always."
