When Love Lasts

It was now Thanksgiving morning Bonnie and Kol started the day like they did every other, in bed together however their peaceful morning was interrupted by the sound of Bonnie's alarm. Waking up, the pair shifted and Bonnie sat up and kissed Kol before getting out of bed.

" You know Bonnie you look amazing in your underwear ", Kol said as he looked at Bonnie's black lace underwear "

" And as much as I love hearing you say that ", Bonnie said as she slipped on a black and white dress and her signature heeled boots, " I am going to make pancakes for everyone before you all leave to get your siblings from the airport ".

And after giving Kol a final smile she went downstairs and started making pancakes, shortly she was joined by Hayley and Klaus who sat and ate pancakes at the kitchen island while talking about how excited they were for the ball that night. After about ten minutes, the other two couples as well as Kol came downstairs, and as Kol snuck up behind Bonnie she didn't realise when Kol wrapped his arms around Bonnie's waist, which caused her to scream before lightly hitting Kol in the chest.

" Jesus Christ ", she said as she placed a hand over her heart and then turned to face the rest of the family who were all sniggering at the exchange between the couple.

" So what time do you have to go and pick up your siblings? ", she asked as she grabbed her plate of pancakes and a fork.

" We should be leaving in about twenty minutes its an hour's drive to the airport and then we have to get our family settled ", Elijah said.

So we won't see you till the ball where you get to meet the weirder half of the family ", Klaus said which caused Hayley to scoff and kiss him on the cheek.

" Doubt that " she said before returning to her food.

After twenty minutes of the family chatting and eating the boys stood up and got ready to leave, kissing their girlfriends they all walked towards the door.

" Me, Klaus Elijah and Marcel will see you at the ball don't torture my girlfriend to much ", Kol said as he left with the others.

" Can't promise anything ", Rebekah called after them.

About an hour later the Mikaelson men were all standing in their private landing area waiting for their siblings to arrive.

" Do you reckon they'll hate us? ", Kol asked looking at his siblings.

" No...", Marcel said sarcastically " Who could hate you ", and just as he said that a large private jet landed close enough next to the vampires that would send four humans flying, yet didn't even touch the unusual group.

As the private jets door opened five vampires walked out all looking stern and unfriendly, as the group walked towards the Marcel and the rest of their family their expressions changed from menacing looks to smiles and one vampire sped towards them and pulled her brothers into a hug.

" Hello Katiya ", Klaus said as she stepped back.

Just as the three brothers regained their balance they were immediately tackled by the other three female vampires who threw their arms around the boys necks and hugged them with so much force that any human would have been crushed.

" Madelyn, Britta Kamilla, it's good to see you all again ", Elijah said as he stepped back and smiled at his family.

Finally the final Vampire stepped forward, " Finn ", Kol said as the two brothers hugged each other.
