"ev i cant get over this fucking dude no matter how hard i try." i say.

i was on the phone with evelyn, venting about my constant feelings for mariano that would not go away.

"eulalia you have to realize he doesn't care about YOUR feelings, he cares about HIS feelings. he's a player lia, nothings going to change that. you have to find someone that knows how lucky they are to have you by their side all the time and someone who actually loves you for you." evelyn explained.

"i know ev, it's just it's so fucking hard to forget about him because i actually loved this dude and i know love is a strong ass word to use but i really did love him. he would always show much he cared for me just for him to be fucking with 5 another girls at the same time. to think that night meant so much to me and to him i was just another body count." i vented, tears leaving my eyes because of how much anger was releasing from my body.

"lia theres so many another people out there that will treat you the way you deserve you to be treated. it's going to take time to find that one special person but you will find them. something i can tell you for sure is mariano is not that person. this boy doesn't give one single fuck about ANYBODY." evelyn said, it was hard trying to comfort eulalia over a facetime call rather than in person.

"i know ev. sorry for making you stay up this late just for me to vent to you about this dumbass boy." i said.

"lia you know i'm always here for you and always will be. get some sleep b we got school tomorrow, see you tomorrow luv." evelyn said, making her british accent at the end.

i laughed quietly, trying not to be loud so i didn't get yelled at.

"night ev love youu." i said, the both of us waving through the phone screens.

"goodnight lia, love you more." evelyn said, jokingly kissing her phone as the facetime call disconnected.

i pulled my blanket covers over me, already hating how early i had to wake up the next day. my phone vibrated, notifying i got a notification but as tired as i was, i ignored it and fell straight into a deep sleep.

"lia you're trying to tell me this isn't a sign. i was just talking to you about soulmates and how that one special person is out there and OUT OF NOWHERE alejandro fucking dms you. this is a sign bitch." evelyn said, she was as happy as i was. matter in fact, she was probably happier than myself.

"ev you know he's just as bad as mar, you said it yourself. plus he doesn't even know me, he knows the way i look, not the way i am though." i said. the both of us walking to our class, luckily we had the same first period.

"just please respond to him and see where it goes. forget what i said, i have a good feeling about this one, and you know i'm kind of always right." evelyn said.
