The group watched as Android 17 crushed Gero's head before Trunks shot a huge blast at them before the group flew into the air as the smoke cleared and Android 17 and 18 stood there unharmed with a pod beside them. They open the pod as Android 16 stood up looking around. The Androids then took off as the group chased them.
Android 18 and Vegeta start to fight and even with Vegeta being much stronger than in the original he is still no match for Android 18. Gohan in his Super Saiyan form started to fight Android 17 though he was also outmatched as everyone but Krillin started to fight and were soon knocked out, especially Veget who got two broken arms.
As the Android were about to leave Krillin talked to them and got a kiss from Android 18 before the Androids left. Krillin gave Gohan a Senzu bean before Gohan healed the rest of them. At this point Vegeta was at a power level of 75,000,000 and Gohan was at a power level of 40,000,000 from Zenkai Boosts. Piccolo flew off towards Kami's lookout ready to fuse with Kami.
Once he got there Kami was ready to fuse being Dende was training to be The Guardian Of Earth for three years. After fusing with Kami, Piccolo went from a power level of 1,800,000,000 to a power level of 14,997,800,000 making him stronger than the Android by a wide margin except Android 16. Piccolo went to a city were cell was and fights him, holding back to get information out of Cell though after he had what he needed he went full power to fight Cell though he escaped using the solar flare.
After that Piccolo went with Tien to looks for Cell that came from the future while Krillin and Trunks went to Gero's sub lab and got the blueprints for Androids 17 and 18 as well we destroy an incubating Cell. After than everyone was on a plane going to Kami house. Goku, having recovered from the heart virus, used Instant Transmission to get Gohan before teleporting to Vegeta and Trunks who were, unlike the original story, trainging together in the mountains. Goku had also gotten a Zenkai Boost from the heart Virus putting his power level at 95,000,000.
Goku tells them about The Hyperbolic Time Chamber and with that the four of them go to Kami's or now Dende's Lookout. Same as in the original Trunks and Vegets went in first though Gohan and Goku trained by themself only focusing on increasing Gohans power so they wouldn't have to in the chamber.20 hours later the Androids show up at Kame house. Piccolo takes them to an uninhabited island and he and Android 17 start to fight as it soon becomes clear that Piccolo is far stronger than Android 17. As they fight Cell interrupted it as he and Piccolo start to fight though eventually Piccolo is defeated having a hole shot through his chest like in the original.
As Cell was about to absorb Android 17 but was punched away by Android 16 who then began to fight Cell. After Cell was out of sight he appeared behind Android 17 and absorbed him. After turning Semi-Perfect Cell blasted Android 16 away before starting to walk towards Android 18. Tien yelled out to Cell stopping him before using the Tri-Beam on him over and over as Android 16 and Android 18 ran. Tien fell to the ground out of energy as Cell prepared to kill him but Goku appeared grabbing both a barley alive Piccolo and Tien before teleporting back to the lookout.
Gohan and Dende heals Piccolo and Tien as Vegeta and Trunks come out of The Hyperbolic Time Chamber.By this time Gohan was at a power of 94,000,000 Vegeta was now at a power of 1,200,000,000 with a power of 60,000,000,000 when Super Saiyan and Trunks was now at a power of 1,000,000,000 with a power of 50,000,000,000 at Super Saiyan. In this Vegeta also discovered Super Saiyan Grade 2 which buffs up his body a bit but not enough to effect speed while also raising the power of a Super Saiyan which puts his power at 90,000,000,000 in Ascended Super Saiyan.
Trunks had learned how to do this as well which would but his power at 75,000,000,000 but he had also learned how to go Super Saiyan Grade 3 which, unknown to him, slows yo down to where you'd never hit your opponent. In Ultra Super Saiyan a.k.a Super Saiyan Grade 3 his power is at 142,000,000,000 though Vegeta doesn't know he can do this. As soon as they get out of The Hyperbolic Time Chamber they put on armor made by Bulma and fly towards Cell who was searching for Android 18 as Goku and Gohan went into The Hyperbolic Time Chamber to train.
