So, this chapter was gonna be a Kiribaku chapter, but since there are problems about ships I put in stories, I won't be writing them for a while or Sassy Deku as much...yeah...

Backstory time!

"Where have all the flowers gone, long time passing?

Where have all the flowers gone, long time ago?

Where have all the flowers gone?

Young girls have picked them, every one

Oh, when will they ever learn..." Midnight sings quietly to herself as she walked down the giant halls of the castle.

"Where have all the husbands gone, long time passing?

Where have all the husbands gone, long time ago?

Where have all the husbands gone?

Gone for soldiers, every one..." Her moment of peace was interrupted when she heard what sounded like a child crying.

Curious, she went to the source. Coming from the youngest prince's room. She slowly opens the door and sees a small Todoroki on the floor of his room crying, while holding his arm.

"What's wrong, honey?" She asked.

He carefully looks up seeing her, with the eye that wasn't bandaged. "I fell down." He lied.

What really happened was he was yanked by his arm and it might've been pulled out of its socket.

"Let me see." Midnight holds out her hands but Shoto scoots back a bit. "It's okay, I'm a friend." She says softly.

He was hesitant at first, but he moves his hand away from his shoulder.

Midnight's hand glows a crisp white and places it on the child's shoulder and a wave of relief came over him.

"All better." She says.

Shoto moves his arm around seeing it didn't hurt anymore. "Now, let's wipe those tears." She says while cupping his cheek while doing so.

"Can you fix Touya?" He asked.

"What's wrong with Touya?" Midnight asked.

"He...he fell down too." Todoroki says.

"Um...alright." Midnight gets up from the floor and goes to find Touya. He was also in his room, but he was just sitting on his bed, in the dark.

"Touya?"

"What?" He answered flatly.

"Are you okay?" Midnight asked.

"I'm fine." He was quick to answer.

"Shoto told me you got hurt by falling down." Touya looks up, his piercing blue eyes could be seen in the dark room.

"I just want to be alone." Midnight goes to close the door but he stops her. "Wait. it...it hurts. Please, can you make the pain go away?" It sounded more like a plead.

Midnight comes into the room and saw burn marks on his arms. "I can't treat Bruns with magic, but I do have something for it."

She gets a small canister of salve and applies it to the burns on his skin, once in a while he would flinch. "I'm sorry, try not to move as much." She says softly.

"You're very pretty." He says.

"Thank you." Midnight says.

"Why does that brute have you here?" Touya asked.
