Alfred held a nervous smile before speaking to the large mass of his states.

"As most of you know by now, these nations are going to be staying with us for the next month. So please, behave yourselves. I'm going to go over some rules that need to be followed by not just you, states but our guests as well.
1. No Fighting. You all know better. I better not have to break up anyone.
2. If a Nation looks lost please help them. This includes if they are somewhere they should not be.
3. Please don't use any weapons unless you are in the proper area.
4. Stay away from anyone else's room unless you are supervised by a member of the thirteen.
5. For the first week or so Each nation is going to a State from the thirteen partners to help them get used to how we do things around here. Any volunteers?

There were some groans but also a couple of hands. The first is actually Madison to mosts surprise as she is usually shy and to herself.

"Can I go with Mr. Francis." Alfred nodded and looked at the other hands. There were around four hands. The states where Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Georgia. Once again everyone was surprised by New York, one of the grumpiest states in the family.

"You have a preference, York?" Alfred asks surprised.

"Yea', I think I'd like to help South Italy. He seems easier than anyone you'd give me." Daniel is almost immediately tackled by another state, New Jersey who is also one of the volunteers.

"Danny! You read my mind! I wanted to partner up with North Italy!" Jersey's voice is heavily accented by a jersey accent. The two begin to bicker much like how the Italy brothers bicker.

"Can I take China?" A voice asks. The girl who asked it has chocolate skin with smooth wavy hair. Her smile soft and motherly.

"Okay Peaches. You got it." Alfred says as he writes it down. "And I can only assume that penny wants to go with Gil. That leaves five nations so we will have Lizzy with Arthur, Caroline with Belarus, Timothy with Germany, Mary with Hungary, and Riley you got Japan."

'Okay's chime through the states.

"What?! Why am I with The Limey!" Allison hisses. Madison snickers and answers for her father.

"Because neither of you can cook and we can enforce the fact that you both aren't allowed in any of the kitchens." There are scattered agreements in the crowd and giggles.

"That is no excuse to be partnered with an insolent brat!" Arthur frowns. There was several gasps in the sea of teen.

The sound of a shotgun cocking silenced the room as two voices emerged.

"Put down the shotgun Alex!" A young girl said.

"I just want to talk to him, Olive." 'Alex' replied

"Texas."

"I just want to talk" they were getting closer to the front of the crowd.

"Alex no, He didn't mean it"

"I just want to talk to him"

"We both know that's not true bro."

"I just want to talk to them" They finally got to the front. Alex had his signature cowboy hat on as he got closer to England. Olive, the girl , looked about twelve. Her brown hair in a braid along with blue flannel, some jeans, and a pair of boots. Her eyes where a Hazel green that were filled with worry.

"Alex-"

"I just want to shoot him" That's when Alfred swooped in and took the gun.

"Alex, we just talked about this. Behave or you'll be on dish duty for the rest of the nation's stay. I'm sure you and Georgia will have fun showing them Your famous tea." Alex smirked at the thought of England flipping out at the American version of the beverage.
