Hyunseong's POV:

It took a few weeks for Jeonghan to get back to me about the pattern on the cloth. When he did, he asked me to come out to Incheon to discuss it in person. Before I left, I asked the twins to take Jeongmin over to Shownu's place while I was gone and ask Top to keep an eye on Sara for me before going and ensuring that Han and Min Woo were safe with the twins. Once they agreed, I made my way to Incheon.

Hoshi and Jun met me outside the club. They looked worried. That told me whatever Jeonghan had discovered was complicated.

"Hoshi. Jun," I greeted them. "Is Jeonghan ready for me?"

"This is business, Hyunseong. You're not carrying anything on you, are you?" Jun asked, uncomfortably.

"I wouldn't do that to Jeonghan. We've been through too much together. I wouldn't disrespect him like that. Any weapons I would usually have on me are hidden in my SUV," I told them and they looked nervous they'd asked. "Don't worry. I know you're just doing what you have to in order to protect S.Coups and Jeonghan. I'm not mad. So, if that's it, can we go in now so I can learn what he found out?"

Hoshi nodded and they led me inside. Jeonghan, S.Coups, Vernon, Seungkwan, Woozi, Mingyu, and Dino were waiting. Hoshi and Jun sat down with us as I did.

"What's with the huge group, Jeonghan?" I asked, worried that most of the members of Seventeen seemed involved.

"Hyunseong, I know you want to handle this yourself," he started. "But this time, you can't."

"What do you mean? I'll be fine, just like I always am," I told him.

"Not this time," S.Coups interrupted. "Vernon, explain why the pattern wasn't recognizable."

Vernon hit some keys and brought up the original pattern on the tablet screens in front of all of us.

"This is what you asked Jeonghan to look into when you came to him," he started. "It took a while to decipher it because it doesn't mean anything... at least in that form. It took me and Seungkwan to figure this out so it made sense."

Seungkwan did something from his tablet and the pattern separated, changing into three new, different patterns.

"When Vernon and I finally broke the initial pattern you gave Jeonghan it didn't take us that long to decipher what these were," he explained.

"What are those?" I asked.

"The one on the top right is the symbol of BTOB, they've been around for a while. Seven guys, they know what they're doing... Hyunseong, these guys run Busan and the ports there," Jeonghan explained. "We're not sure why they're involved in this yet, but we can tell you right now it seems they have connections to BTS, Got7, Youngmin and Kwangmin, Super Junior, EXO, B.A.P., and VIXX, the guys that your cousin, Kihyun, privately employs."

"On the top left we have the symbol of A.C.E. They haven't been around as long and they've mostly been messing around in Gwangju, trying to establish themselves," Vernon continued. "They have connections to Jeongmin, Yugyeom, and the last piece of the puzzle..."

"The final symbol is ASTRO, and A.C.E has a connection to them even though ASTRO is mostly based out of Daegu and have a slightly more established reputation," Mingyu said. "They have connections to Got7, BTS, Monsta X, and us. Seungkwan and I are friends with a few of them, but we had no idea they had anything to do with this."

"We know that A.C.E has some kind of connection, but right now it's flimsy at best. It doesn't explain why they would work together to go after your brother, Sumi's kids, and the former Stray Kid in New York," Woozi started.
