hallo y'all! no i'm not ded donut worry 'bout me~

anyways i just wanted to post an update to like let those thing go off my mind?

1. i hAtE the newest update of wattpad >:[
it's so annoying that the search button isn't in the left upper corner anymore and that the "writing/ editing book pencil icon" isn't in the middle anymore like ugh. it's so annoying bc ever since i started writing, i got used to the fact where everything was and suddenly it changed and yeah. but okay shit happens in life :)

2. brooo life updateee
so
in the chapters before i was like really down or something and i said things like "uGh iM gOinG bAcK tO tHe dEprEssIoN pErIoD" butt i'm not! it's rather the opposite, i'm so happy these days!
i felt down the days before because i gained a bit of weight again and it was quite obvious that my body gained fat, especially my belly part. like i was not having a flat stomach, but when i was sucking my stomach in, i was almost having abs, at least the 11-lines. but then suddenly one day it disappeared like when a cloud shoved before the sun.
i weight myself last saturday, but i kinda did it different that time. i forgot it until i was in the kitchen, about to eat breakfast. i was already changed and shit, normally i don't wear anything except my top and undie. so i guess the clothes made me a little bit heavier?

i'm trying to eat as clean as i can nowadays, as well as for that day. my chinese school was the first stop that day, we had to give money for the next year. after that we went to a nike outlet. after some shopping we went to eat lunch. there was a kfc nearby so we went there. like kfc literally stands for Kentucky FRIED Chicken, so there is like not much clean food.
yes i know, "eat some salad or smth like that" i am somehow just not into salads okay? at least not those salads of the supermarket 🤢
i chose a wrap for the first time in my life and i must say, "bIsS tHaT's mY fAvOrItE fOoD nOw".
okay they asked me "what do you wanna drink". normally at no matter where, mcdonald's, kfc, burger king etc, i definitely choosing our holy water: SPRITE BISH. but this time i was like "i'm so sad, i'm tired, my weight's not dropping- my weight's not dropping? let's get wAtEr!" because water is healthy and yummy. like DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH SUGAR THERE IS IN OUR HOLY WATER SPRITE?!?!
like holy cow bish that's something like 8 sugar blocks or smth!!!
okay
so
i chose water
i ate as clean and as less as possible at diner

THEN
the next day i went onto the scale
guess what
i lOST FRICKING WEIGHT CAN YOU IMAGINE MY HAPPINESS?!?!?!?
my weight went like:
may—📉📉📉📈📉📉📉📈—📉july
i mean LITERALLY IT JUST WENT DOWN DOWN DOWN UP DOWN DOWN DOWN UP STRAIGHT DOWN AND THEN ITS TODAY

i today ate chicken (breast?) and boiled broccoli and carrots. it's so delicious imma eat it every week now, idc what my fam is gonna think. it is gonna be the healthy habit i wanna keep.

okay reminder: every monday, diner = boiled chicken (breast?) + broccoli + carrots + rice because i'm chinese. don't judge me, like every meal is or rice or noodles or dumplings or et fricking cetera.

anyways, imma sleep now since it is 00.26 now and i wanna fix my sleep schedule like i've been sleeping at 11pm~2am these days i should just sleep everyday at <11pm~12am <:(
