wacky self care

so basically the last time i was doing stronk self care so many things were happening at the same time like ok:
1. i was reading an email from my german teacher
2. while doing a german assignment
3. the email was about the teacher being worried about me bc i missed a couple deadlines so it gave me very strong anxiety
4. i was also reading a fanfic and it was a really touching moment
5. and i was listening to sex with a ghost
6. i was also crying, like, bawling my eyes out because i was so overwhelmed by everything (the anxiety and stress from assignments and the fanfic)
7. i was also looking at the sky because it was bright yellow and had not one, but TWO rainbows

what about that was self care?? the fact that i finally let myself cry, and it wasn't just a 5 minute crying session, no, i was there for like 30 minutes just crying and thinking about things
