Prologue: The Beginning

Pokemon, a group of creatures that hasn't been fully discovered nor understood to the fullest extent. However, Pokemon has always lived alongside humans since the dawn of time. As Pokemon and people live in harmony, many people strive to be the best in their passion with the cooperation of Pokemon. It could be catching any kind of Pokemon, keeping them as companions, competing with them in beauty pageants, or to participate in battles. These people are called: Pokemon Trainers.

Given Pokemon's wide variety of species, it's possible to build a team of 6 members consisting of any type of Pokemon. Trainers also have the power to do what they desire with Pokemon. Many people abuse Pokemon for power, greed, and self-benefit. That's why Japan and the whole world has built in the Masters 8 and gym leaders to society. They're here to protect this world from all kinds of evil doers and to stop people from manipulating Pokemon to prevent society from being turned into ruins.

So, the big question is.. how do people obtain Pokemon? It's quite simple really, people get their first Pokemon partner at the age of 14 at their elementary school once they graduate (more will be explained in the next chapter). Once the students graduate, they'll be set off on their journey with 5 Pokeballs and a Pokedex to be the very best. All sorts of Pokeballs can be bought in Pokemarts and Pokemon can be healed by Pokecenters, but one must require a Pokelicense to have Pokemon and to purchase said items.

And with that quick description out of the way, lets take a look at the one and only Izuku Midoriya who is currently at the age of 6 watching a very intense Pokemon battle in the living room television.

"OHH!! AND BLAZIKEN LANDS A DIRECT HIT ON EMBOAR!! THAT BLAZE KICK CAN SURE BE DEADLY!!" The commentator shouts through the stands. This gets the whole crowd cheering for All Might who is currently fighting someone from the Masters 8.

"I admire your determination Endeavor, but lets see how long it can last!" All Might shouts. "Now Blaziken, lets grow stronger together and respond to my heart... Mega Evolve!" A yellow light then shines through both stones that Blaziken and All Might wield and as the chains connect a new form of Blaziken is seen.. Mega Blaziken.

Mega Blaziken's appearance changed as well. The deadly kicking chicken loses its yellow markings and gains new black markings on its upper legs and chest. Mega Blaziken's head also changes as it turns into a flat horn that curves backward. And finally, the fire it emits on its wrists is now longer. However something else has changed in the champion's Blaziken. The raw aura and sheer power that the Pokemon had just by presence alone was terrifying. The crowd and commentator was intimidated by the mega evolved Pokemon, but once the Mega Blaziken let out a fury of flames from its back and wrists, the crowd erupted once again. Endeavor gritted his teeth and pulls out a Z-Ring after seeing the threatening sight in front of him. The Z-Ring is powerful item found in the Alola Region and only a few can obtain such a rare item. As people saw the Z-Ring, the crowd became louder and started cheering both trainers on.

"AND WHAT DO WE SEE HERE? A MEGA BLAZIKEN AND A Z-RING??? FOLKS THIS BATTLE WILL BE LEGENDARY I TELL YA!!" The commentator shouts through his microphone, this hypes the crowd up even more.

"OKAY EMBOAR, TIME FOR OUR Z-MOVE!" Endeavor shouted at his partner. which he (Emboar) nodded at. (Note: Ima copy Kiwae's Z-Move line since I don't know how to phrase it in my own words.) "The zenith of my mind, body, and spirit of the great island of Akala. Become a raging fire and burn. Inferno overdrive!"
