after lunch at the pokemon
cafe and osamu going out
of his way to buy you a cute
plushie of your favourite
starter, the both of you headed
to visit osaka castle park.

the weather was just as nice
today which let for a lot of
cute photos.

you and osamu went along
with a group with a tour guide
as osamu wanted to see
and actually hear about the
history despite having learned
about it in school.

he held your hand through the
entire tour which received a
couple  "aw"s from the others
around.

not that it was obvious but he
took pride in that.

after a castle tour, the both
of you settled to walk around
the park for a while, taking
in the scenery.

"it'd probably be much prettier
if we went during cherry blossom
season."

you hummed.

"maybe next year we can come
back."

you laughed.

"i'm not opposed to the idea."

"utsubo park will probably
be pretty, too."

he nodded along, humming
as he did so.

the both of you walked in
a comfortable silence, taking
in the scenery around and
basking in the light breeze.

it was refreshing to say the
least and the feeling of spending
time with someone you love
in this way made the both of
you happy.

the feeling was new but so
very welcomed.

"did you find the tour boring?"

he broke the silence and turned
to you to watch your expression.

"it might have been, sorry."

you shook your head, looking
up at osamu with a smile.

"it wasn't boring at all."
