I Knew You Were Trouble.

This Week Has Been Crazy.

I woke up at 5am just for him. I swear, he better feel special. I never wake up this early for a person, except family. I brushed my teeth, got dressed in my uniform before walking downstairs to eat breakfast. I scrolled down my songs in my iPod before choosing Coldplay and started eating my cereal. "Hey, I'll be there in 10 minutes! :)" Cole text messaged me while I was in the middle of eating my cereal. "Ok, I'm awake." I sent back, I put away my bowl of cereal after five minutes and just in time, someone knocked on my door. I walked to the door and looked at the side windows, to find Cole dressed in sweats and a tee. I opened the door and see him standing with his arms opened. "Well, you don't have to fly out to Texas anymore." Cole said and hugged me. I instantly hugged him back, his cologne was always comforting. "Aw I'm going to miss you, Moron." I mumbled into his shoulder. "I'm going to miss you too, Trouble." I laughed.

"I don't want to let you go." I said, "Well I'm sorry to burst your bubble but you have to." "You jerk." I whacked his arm, "I'm just kidding. I'll see you in two weeks, Eli. That's not long and we have the Internet." Cole said, "Wednesday came too fast." I let go off Cole, "You go to a private school?" He glanced at my outfit, "Yes, Moron. One of the reasons why I'm dressed like this." I said, Cole's phone buzzed and he checked it. He looked at me with a sad face and said, "Eli, I gotta go, my parents are telling me it's time to go." I hugged him, one last time and something unexcepted happened once we pulled away. Cole kissed my cheek bye and left. I watched as the car left my driveway and slowly got smaller as it left. "I'm getting attached to him." I muttered to myself as I closed the door and softly touched my left cheek. The one he kissed, do I like Cole? No. No. No I don't. He's just a annoying friend that you love to hang out with.

I shook my head and grabbed Cole's hoodie. I zipped it up, wrote a note addressing to my parents that I left for school, and grabbed my backpack. I left the house around 6am and started walking to school. It isn't that far and I listened to music the entire way there. The first thing I saw was Carrie, she was listening to music, I of course wanted to sneak up on her. I walked up behind her and grabbed her shoulders while yelling "BOO!" Carrie did not looked amused at all, she looked straight at my face and said, "Liz, it's not Halloween." "Well I want it to be!" I said, "Why do you smell like a guy?" Carrie asked, "Especially the hoodie, it's scent is overwhelming." She pinched her nose, "And it doesn't have the school logo." Carrie pointed out, "Eh I really don't care." I said, "Is it Cole's?" Carrie asked, "Maybe....." I answered, "Are you dating him?" Carrie asked, "No! Why?" I said, "Well it seems like it." She smirked, "Carrie don't even think about it, it's not going to happen. I don't like him and he doesn't like me. End of discussion." I said.

"Well you don't know if he likes you or not." Carrie said as we walked to our lockers together. "Anyways I'll see you later, sister." I said as I closed my locker and went to my French class. "Okay class, I thought I'd tell you now about the Paris trip for spring break." I looked around for Trevor and see that he's looking for me too. He mouthed, "We're going to be field trip buddies." I gave him a thumbs up and we went back to listening to Mrs. Monroe, lecturing about the trip. "Okay now, stop chattering and we'll get back to our lessons." Everyone groaned. A good 30 minutes of lectures, we were let out and going to our next period. History, it may seem weird but I enjoy learning about dead people. Okay that sounds creepy, anyways the rest of the day was filled with bored lectures and teachers scolding me for wearing the wrong jacket.

But I didn't listen so I got sent to the Principal's office. "Hey Uncle Marvin." I greeted and he glared at me, "Ms. Morgan, I see you're breaking the school's uniform rule, again." "So?" I said, "It's the fifth time, will you ever learn to follow the rules?" "Rules were made as barriers, so I broke them down." I said, "Seems like you have a wise mouth." He said, "So can I go now?" I asked, "Fine, just please follow the rules, set up a example for other students. You're my niece after all." I nodded and went back to my last class. After music class, I walked home and did my homework. "Hey Eli! How's life?" Cole texts, "COLE YOU'RE ALIVEEEEE!" I text back, "Y wouldn't I be alive? -_-" "Becuz I haven't heard from u for hrs!" I texts, "U were in school." "So?" I text back, "Anyways I have to go, we're going to practice for the show tonight :(" Cole texts, "Fine Moron, I'll talk 2 ya l8er." I text back.
