"Oh god oh god oh god" I panted as I threw my head back. I shook as I felt the baby move. I shook and groaned. 

"someone call an ambulance..." Isaac said as he rubbed my back. I rubbed my stomach and frowned. I looked at him and shook. 

"I-Isaac..." I said and shook. Isaac frowned and gently hugged me. 

"shhh, calm down stiles" Isaac said and frowned. 

"Scott get derek out of here" Isaac told scott and watched him. Scott nodded and pulled Derek out of the restaurant. I frowned and looked over at my sister as she started talking on her phone. She was talking to the police and frowned. 

"The ambulance is on their way"  She said  and rubbed my back. I nodded and frowned. I shook as I started to have a panic attack. Isaac tried to calm me down, but the next thing I remember was bring brought into an ambulance, then I woke up in the hospital. I had an oxygen tube through my nose, I saw I had an iv in my arm, I had a heart monitor thing on my finger, and when I looked at my stomach I saw a monitor on my stomach. I watched it and shook frowning a bit. 

"stiles?" I heard my doctor say from beside me. I looked at her and frowned. 

"What happened?" I  asked and frowned. I looked down at my stomach and paused. 

"is he okay?" I asked with wide eyes. I looked at her and frowned. She smiled softly at me and pointed to a small heart monitor. 

"his heart is still going... stiles... due to the panic attack... im going to prescribe you to be put on strict bed rest..." she said softly and looked at me. I frowned a bit and looked down. 

"so... why was I in so much pain... and that blood?" I asked and looked at her. 

"you had started to go into premature labor... we had started a mediation that stopped the contractions.. the blood was what came before your water would have broken... it's alright now. You know how long you've been asleep?" she asked and looked at me. I shook my head and slowly sat up. She helped me and laid a pillow behind me. 

"you've been out for two days, there was a man that was here asking how you were doing... His name was Derek" She said and checked my iv bag. I went wide eyed and frowned. 

"What?" I asked and looked at her. she nodded and frowned worried about me.

"Stiles, calm down, your heart rate just jumped. look, He never saw you... I told him nothing about you or the baby, calm down" She said and rubbed my back. I shook and looked at her. I took a  deep breath and looked at my feet. I frowned and shook. 

"I-Is my sister here?"  I asked and frowned. The doctor went to the door and left. I watched her and stayed silent. I frowned and laid back sniffing. I sighed and rubbed my stomach. I felt a kick smiling softly. 

"Hey bud...." I said softly and rubbed the spot where I felt the kick. I smiled weakly and saw the door opened. I saw my sister, isaac, and Scott. I smiled a bit and watched them. Scott walked over to me and gently hugged me. I hugged back and shook frowning. 

"thank you..." I said and looked at him. He smiled softly at me and nodded. 

"its okay stiles, your my brother" He said softly and smiled softly.  I nodded and paused. I looked at my stomach and chuckled. 

"wow mister man..." I said and put one of my hands on my stomach. 

"what's wrong?" Scott asked as he sat at my feet. I looked at her and smiled. 

"Mister man here started squirming... It feels weird..." I smiled softly and chuckled softly. I saw isaac step forward. 

"C-Can I feel?" He asked and looked at me. I nodded and smiled at him. He slowly set one of his hands on my stomach and watched it. I felt the baby move around and then kick isaac's hand. Isaac jumped a bit and looked at me. 

"wow!" He grinned and smiled at him. I smiled and nodded. I then felt my sister hug me smiling. I chuckled softly and smiled happily. I felt the baby move and lifted up my shirt a bit. I watched my stomach move. I smiled as the baby stretched it out and moved it around. I chuckled softly and watched it. 

"woah! alien baby!" Noah giggled and watched. I smiled softly and nodded. 

"he's just stretching" I said and smiled softly. I laid back and shut my eyes smiling softly. I hummed softly and smiled. I heard the door open and figured it was just my doctor, but then I heard scott and Isaac start yelling. 

"No! Get out of here! You nearly killed them both!" Isaac yelled. I opened my eyes and saw Derek. I frowned and put a hand on my stomach. 

"Get out!" Scott growled and stood in front of my bed, between Derek and I. I watched scott and frowned. Derek looked past Scott and looked at me. 

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked and ignored isaac and scott. I frowned and curled up a bit. 

"Becuase... you were going to kill my baby or take him..." I said and shook frowning. Derek paused and went wide eyed. 

"Him....? your having a boy?" He asked and looked at me. I looked at Isaac for help and shook. 

"why do you care Derek? You hate kids. so just leave stiles alone" My sister sassed and looked at Derek. Derek frowned and set a bag down before turning around and leaving. I laid back and shut my eyes crying a bit. I frowned and shook as I tried to calm myself down.
