"Okay, get stiles to the bed, now" my doctor said and frowned. I groaned in pain and held onto Derek. He helped me to my bed and frowned. I gripped his arm as he sat me on the bed. I shook in pain and frowned. I shut my eyes and took a breath. I felt the baby slide down. I groaned a bit and frowned. I felt the doctor put my legs into stirrups. I frowned and groaned in pain. I laid back and shut my eyes.

"stiles, come on open your eyes, you're going to need to start pushing" My doctor said as she looked at me. I slowly opened my eyes and looked at her.

"It hurts..." I said as I felt the start of the contraction. The doctor chuckled slightly and nodded.

"Yeah, just start pushing stiles.." She said and got to the foot of my bed. I shook as I started pushing. I frowned and groaned in pain.

"You're doing good stiles..." Derek said and rubbed my back. I shook in pain and frowned. I pushed through the contraction and frowned. After I felt the pain get lighten up I leaned back and frowned. I shook and frowned a bit shaking.

"Stiles... with your next few pushes... you'll start crowning..." My doctor said as she rubbed my back. I shook and frowned. I frowned and gripped Derek's hand. I then realized that he, the doctor, and I were the only people in the room. I shook as the contractions picked up again. I grunted in pain as I started pushing again, so far the pain was just annoying. I frowned as I bore down again. I shook and frowned as I felt the contraction stopped.

"okay okay... stop..." the doctor frowned and got up. she pushed a button and started to pull the things up. I looked at her terrified.

"Okay, calm down.... Stiles, the baby isn't dropping down.... you could be pushing for hours and just loosing blood..." the doctor said and frowned. I looked at her with wide eyes.

"What's going to happen now?" Derek asked and frowned. The doctor looked at him and frowned.

"we're going to rush stiles to an emergency c-section..." she said and frowned. I looked at her terrified again. I grabbed Derek hand and held it finding it the only semi comforting things near me. I squeezed my eyes shut and felt the bed start moving. I felt derek's hand pull away and looked around. I looked at my doctor and frowned.

"You're gunna be okay stiles" she said as we walked into a room. I frowned and shook as I got moved onto another bed. they set up a small sheet then started to go silent. I looked around as an oxygen mask was over my face. I saw the doors open again and Derek walked in with a mask and some scrubs. he walked over and sat at my head. I looked at him and frowned. He smiled at me and held my hand.

"you're okay" he said softly and smiled. I nodded and took a deep breath.

"Hey stiles... did you feel that?" My doctor asked and looked at me. I looked at her.

"Feel what....?" I asked and frowned. My doctor laughed softly and smiled.

"okay, just lay back and relax" he said and smiled softly. I nodded and looked at Derek.

"talk to me... what's the baby's gender?" He asked and looked at me. I nodded and looked at him.

"I-Its going to be a boy..." I said and looked at me. He went wide eyed and smiled softly.

"I-Im having a son?" he asked and looked at me. I nodded and smiled sheepishly.

"Im sorry... I didn't say anything..." he said and looked at him. Derek smiled slightly and shook his head.

"its fine" he said softly and smiled. I smiled a bit more relaxing. I glanced down watching the doctors faces. I sighed and looked back at Derek.

"So... did you pick a name?" Derek asked as he looked at me. I nodded and smiled at him.

"well... I picked a first name... but not a middle name.... I picked out Eryn" I said and looked at him. Derek smiled softly and nodded.

"Okay stiles.... ready to meet your so- Daughter" The doctor said and gently held the baby up. The baby was crying and all red. I looked at the baby and msiled tearing up.

"its a girl?" I asked and smiled. The doctor nodded as she pulled derek over. Derek cut the baby's cord and looked over at him. The doctor came and laid her on my chest. I looked down at her and smiled softly.

"Hey beautiful baby" I said softly as her cries slowly died down. she calmed down as she snuggled close to my chest. the doctor gently picked the baby up and carried her to a bassinet.

"we're going to clean her up while you get stitched up stiles" The doctor explained. I nodded and laid on my back sighing. I sat there for about ten minutes before I got taken back to my room. derek helped me change, again I didn't care that it was him. when I got changed I laid in the back and waited for the baby to get brought in.

"you did great stiles... she's a really beautiful baby" He said softly and smiled. I looked up as the doctor walked in rocking a small pink bundle. I smiled as the doctor gently laid the baby on my chest. I looked down at her and smiled. I kissed his forehead and looked at her. she was an adorable little baby. she had a darker skin tone than mine that was closer to derek's. she had my nose and a few freckles on her nose. when I cooed at her she smiled showing off some dimples. I cooed at her again and kissed her forehead. I looked at Derek and saw him sitting beside my bed watching the baby.

"she looks like you..." I said softly and smiled. Derek nodded and smiled a bit.

"she does, but I see your facial features... she's adorable" Derek said and smiled at me.

"you did great Stiles..." Derek said softly and looked down at the baby.
