Secret punishment

I was in the hospital for a week, the doctor said that I had an infection from the C-setion so I couldn't go home. When I agreed to let Derek stay at my house with me and Eryn my doctor let me go. so now I was packing up me and eryn's things as Derek rocked eryn gently after getting her into a fresh onesie.  I finished getting our bags put together. Derek saw and gently handed eryn to me. I got her into her carseat watching her. She almost instantly started crying. I slid her pacifier into her mouth. it was one of those pacifiers connected to a plushie. And of course the plush was a fox. Eryn kept fighting the pacifer until she started chewing on it in a way. she calmed down and laid fell silent. 

"okay, she's calm" I said as derek came and lifted her carseat up. My doctor walked in with a wheelchair and smiled at me. she helped me get into the wheelchair and started pushing me. I watched derek and eryn. He was making some noises at her as she was just smiling. I smiled at them and laid back yawning a bit. I waited until we were outside of the hospital and to my jeep. I slowly got out of the wheelchair and into the backseat. I watched the doctor fold the wheelchair and put it in the back of my jeep. Derek got eryn's careseat in beside me. I smiled and looked at her. she was busy hugging her pacifier plushy and sucking on her pacifier. I pet her cheek and smile softly. Derek set the seat up and looked at me. I sighed and handed him the keys. derek took them and started driving. I sat back and yawned. I slowly shut my eyes and fell asleep holding onto eryn's carrier. I slept shivering a bit then suddenly felt warm. I slowly felt myself wake up again due to hearing eryn. I heard some light knocking then saw derek peek his head in. 

"stiles?" he whispered. I yawned and slowly sat up. I cringed a bit then looked back over at derek. Derek walked over and laid eryn in my arms. eryn was crying all red in the face. I sighed a bit and looked at her. 

"Is my baby hungry?" I asked as I slowly unbuttoned a few of my buttons of my shirt. I moved eryn over to my chest and let her latch on to start drinking. I pulled my shirt over her as her cries stopped. I looked back up at derek. 

"Derek... can I ask you something?" I asked. Derek nodded and smiled softly. He was looking everywhere, but at me. 

"why are you so cool about Eryn? and why are you like.... I don't know..." I said and sighed a bit. Derek smiled and looked at me. 

"well... when scott first told me that you are pregnant on accident... I thought I was pissed... but then isaac said you weren't and I realized it crushed me... I didn't realize how much I wanted to be a dad... and as the months went by and Peter said you were pregnant... and I didn't know If I could believe him, but I wanted to... then I made that bracelet with your parents names... and my parents names.... I then bought some baby clothes before I came back... then when I saw you I didn't know what to say..." he said and frowned a bit. I nodded and smiled a bit. 

"im sorry I didn't tell you about the baby... I was petrified that you were going to tell me to kill the baby... I see now that it was useless" I said and looked down at eryn as I felt her pull away a bit coughing a bit before continuing. 

"stiles... can.... can we try to parent together?" he asked and looked at me. I nodded and looked at him. 

"yeah..." I said and looked at him. Derek smiled and nodded. he glanced down at eryn and quickly looked away. Eryn smiled and finished. I slowly pulled her up to my shoulder and started burping her. she grunted as she laid on my shoulder. she let out a burp and then grunted. I smiled at her and kissed her forehead. I gently moved her lower and smiled softly. She opened her eyes and looked up at me. she made happy little noises before shutting her eyes again looking away. I chuckled softly and smiled softly at her.
