Vulcan quickly fires the ShotRiser as he charges at Accel!
Vulcan then jumped as he delivered a kick with his Right leg and land, as he quickly delivers another kick with his left leg that knocked Accel away...

Engine Blade: STEAM!
Accel then pulled the trigger on the Engine Blade emitting steam blinding Vulcan!
