Kazumi got Sento to do a favor to give his daughter Maple a Rider System of her own ever since she was diagnosed as "Quirkless"
At first, Sento refused but that quickly changed when Misora brought a literal knife to the table making Sento terrified out of his wits and resulting in him being reluctant when making it...
The Genius made it with the Phoenix FullBottle and created a separate Device somewhat Similar to the Cross-Z Dragon, Magma Knuckle, and the Perfect Kingdom Device.
He channeled the essence of the Phoenix FullBottle into the device creating what basically is a Mechanical Pet Bird...
This bird look's like a Phoenix with the re-occurring flame motif and the fact that it can shoot out flames from its beak!
She called the device and pet: "Leiden Phoenix"
Maple received this gift for her 16th Birthday and was perfectly capable of using it with the Nebula Gas flowing through her veins from her Parent, this and the fact that she was also trained in combat by her "Uncle Banjo" and her Dad...
Her Kamen Rider name is Kamen Rider Leiden, what a strange name...

Nobody knows, her Mom and Dad tried to ask, but she said that the name was fitting, even though her name is coincidentally the name of a city in the Dutch province of South Holland.

She had Orange hair that reaches her back, light red eyes, and wore a red sweater over a violet shirt, along with a white skirt that reaches her knees, red heels, and a white scarf.

But that aside the Members of the Kamen Rider Agency increased with 5 new Riders...

Haruto and Elizabeth along with their team would soon get acquainted with everyone knowing that Four of them were Doctors with Game-themed Armor, one was a Spy and the other was a teacher with unlimited enthusiasm, then there were some others like Makoto Hikawa who's transformation is basically Iron Man, The Phantom Photographer Shijima Gou, two reporters, a Bounty Hunter, a CEO of ZAIA, CEO of Yggdrasil, a War Doctor, and an agent of ZECT...
Haruto would find out that Gai Amatsu the CEO of ZAIA funded the whole Kamen Rider System that Elizabeth, Shoichi, and Dan made...
Turns out this agency was sponsored and funded by multiple companies and organizations, which was quite shocking...
But the whole agency would get more shocking news, as they got news about the Japanese Yakuza and that the Kamen Rider Agency along with other Agencies would dismantle the Yakuza on the next day...
Gai: "Riders..."
He said gaining everyone's attention...
Gai: "We were invited to do a joint operation with the Nighteye Agency, Fatgum Agency, and multiple other Hero Agencies"
Gai: "We're going to storm the location of the Yakuza and arrest their leader Overhaul..."
Gai: "The operation will commence in a week, so train and prepare yourselves..."
Everyone: "Right!"
Haruto: "This will be fun..."
Elizabeth: "Why would this be fun for you...?"
Sherren: "Apparently, it is fun for Onii-Chan..."
Maple: "The same can be said for my Dad..."
Touma: "Oogami-San is usually like that along with Ren-San..."
