And now for my 3rd book, Space Fish.

For this book I knew exactly what I wanted to do with the cover, a mermaid and a galaxy inside

For this book I knew exactly what I wanted to do with the cover, a mermaid and a galaxy inside. Which is exactly what I did. I think I had to cut and paste the silhouette of the mermaids head because the original had long hair and Ripley had short so I like how it turned out :)

I didn't know how I wanted to include the sea in the cover and tried both the title and the background, though they do feel off.

So I decided to take away the sea and use the same watercolour brush that I used for Psycho and made it look like she could control water, since that's her powers

So I decided to take away the sea and use the same watercolour brush that I used for Psycho and made it look like she could control water, since that's her powers. I had then made a colour palette for Ripley (And Holly and Clea) and incorporated them into the cover with the title and by making the galaxy look more pastel.
I'm kinda surprised that I don't have as many versions for this cover, compared to my first ones, so I guess I'm doing something right if I'm liking the end results of this.
