Today was Sunday, and like every Sunday Langston was up bright and early getting ready for church. That was something Grandma Mai made sure to instill in her grandchildren, to have a relationship with the Lord. He stopped going when he was sent to live with his father. But recently he found the courage to start going again.

"Rebel!" He yelled walking to the kitchen.

"WHAT?!"

Langston poured himself a glass of orange juice, waiting for her to come see what he wanted.

"WHAT?!" She yelled again.

He stood there not saying anything. Soon, Rebel appears in the doorway staring at him with narrowed eyes,

"You didn't hear me?" She said taking her curlers out of her hair.

"I did."

She rolled her eyes playfully. "So why didn't you answer?"

"Am I the oldest sibling or you?" He asked looking over at her.

She waved him off, taking the last of the curlers out of her head. Ever since Lianna found out about his "girlfriend", Langston had been in a stank ass mood. Rebel didn't know why he was upset, if anyone should've upset it would be Lianna. He was the one sleeping with her while being in a relationship.

"What did you want?"

He looked at her shaking his head. "Hurry up. We still gotta pick up Mama and Lauren."

"No we don't." She said.

"Romell's picking them up, he called and told me last night."

Langston nodded his head. He sat back thinking about his situation with Lianna, the hurt in her eyes when he told her he was dating someone else. Even though she tried to laugh it off, he knew she was hurt.

Rebel soon walked out of her bedroom, meeting him at the front door.

"Took you long enough." He said opening the car door for her.

"Beauty takes times." She says causing him to scoff.

As soon as they were pulling up to the church, so was Romell. The family stood outside greeting each other. Suddenly, Langston heard yelling. Knowing it was his loud mouth daughter.
