Earth was resting his back against the back of the bed. His fiance was now having his dinner with his parents in the dining room. 

His nausea acted up just before they could leave their room to eat dinner, and Earth didn't want to feel bad for holding back his alpha to engage in conversation with his parents so he said he was fine alone in their room.

His hand makes circular motions on top of his protruding stomach, trying to tell their baby to tone down his nausea.

"I brought you some soup that is light in the stomach, baby," his alpha came back while Earth was busy concentrating on whispering to his belly.

Earth looked up to see his alpha placing the tray on top of his lap and lifted up the spoon in front of his mouth, "What about your dinner, Kao?"

Kao insistently inserted the soup in Earth's mouth, and the omega was munching on it while he hummed at how delicious and warm it made his stomach.

"I told mother that you're unwell even though your first trimester already passed, and she urged me to bring you some light soup," Kao answered.

Earth nodded, he opened up his mouth to be fed again, and Kao amusedly spoon-fed his fiance again.

"I need to oversee our business in California, baby," his alpha said.

Earth stopped his chewing and looked at his alpha's dejected face, his hand reaching out to touch Kao's cheek and caress it gently, "It's okay, Kao. Me and baby will be okay while you're gone," he reassured his alpha.

Kao's face fell again, "The last time I left you, you almost went into heat without me around, baby."

Earth giggled, "Now with our munchkin here in my belly, I won't go into heat, Kao. So, just rest assured and do your duty as the future head of Dechaphatthanakun's house," he smiles softly.

Kao sighed in defeat, "How about my duty as a father?"

Earth laughed, "That's why you should secure your position to keep feeding us good food, daddy," he teased his alpha.

Kao's eyes go dark in lust.

Earth quickly shook his head and his eyes were glaring at his alpha. "I'm not seducing you, Kao, and I still need to eat for our munchkins too!"

With a listless face, Kao slowly feeds his mate again. But then he smiled, "I'll have to leave the day after tomorrow, baby. If you need anything, I'll assign the head butler to oversee you. If you're lonely, you can have Fluke over, but no other alpha, understood?"

Earth nodded with his mouth full of soup and his cheeks widened. After swallowing his food, he then added, "We got it, daddy."

Kao shook his head, "You will be the death of me, Earth," he murmured in response.

Earth was just escorting his fiance out. He stood on the door with hands in his stomach. He couldn't see his alpha anymore, he sighed, "Now it's just you, me, and the others, baby," he said softly.

The head butler then escorted him back to his room to rest.

He tried to find a comfortable sleeping position, but it was quite difficult. Then he sighed in relief after finding it, he said to the empty room, "If Kao was here, he'd rub my back until I'm asleep."

Earth shook his head fast, "No. We can go through it together, baby. We can't just mope around while your father's on his business trip!"

And with that, he tries to take a nap after a few failed attempts to get his sleep.

Two days after Kao left for his business, Earth got an unexpected visit from Fluke.

"You know, at first I was hesitant to come here after you pulled my hair out to make you wear that lingerie," Fluke said when they are sipping tea in the garden.

Earth giggled, "It's okay, I was half happy and satisfied with my alpha on that steamy night anyway," he said, his cheeks turned red remembering how Kao turned to be a beast that night.

"Ew! Don't ever tell me the details!" Fluke shouted in disgust.

Earth just shrugged his shoulders, "It's not like I want to indulge you in the details though, so you don't need to be that worried."

After a few talks, Fluke started to ask him some questions regarding his life with his alpha.

"Since you came to this house, have you ever gone out?"

Earth frowned, "We're outside though?"

Fluke shook his head, "I mean go outside to sightseeing the city?"

"I haven't gone to the city since I was here," Earth said.

Fluke then frowned, he was considering whether his next question would upset the pregnant omega. He chooses to just ask away.

"Does Kao don't want people to know you're his bonded?"

a/n: I know it's kinda short, but anyway, I was looking hard for my inspiration since I last update. I want to give you some sweet moment of them, but then my evil thoughts came to me XD
