ALBERT'S POV

"Dad! Ano ba!" I yelled at him.

"Listen to us Albert!" dad exclaimed.

"What's wrong Andrew(dad's name)?" mom rushed outside.

"Albert's hanging out with some friends now. They go home together. Luckily, I found him!"

"Albert, is that true?" mom asked glowering at me.

"What's wrong with having some friends?" I said with a flinch and rushed inside.

"Starting tomorrow, your dad will be early at school in the afternoon to pick you up." mom said.

"I have work too Bea(mom's name)." dad stated.

"I don't care. What I want is to have friends! But still you rebuked me for being with them. I thought you're my parents!" I said and sighed.

Such a wonderful view that you'll see in the roof top. Also the girl on my side is a wonderful view for me too. She's like an angel.

"Thank you for being concern to me." I said and she nodded.

"About yesterday, just listen to what your parents-"

"Say? I can't even bear with that anymore. It feels like I'm a bird in the cage." I stated and I started to cry.

"Don't cry. Your parents knows what's best for you." she said and tap my back.

"I know. You're right. Yung feeling na parang wala kang kalayaan. But having friends, friends that you desire to be with you, friends that are not a bad influence to you, feel free to be with them. There's nothing wrong with that, you can still prove that to your parents. No man is an island." she said and I was astonished. She sat down at the terrace.

"Hey! Come down from there, you might fall!" I hissed her to come down.

"If I might fall here, will I already have the chance to see my father again?" she asked and smiled. I wonder..her dad? I was speechless.

"I miss dad." she added. Yes, it's more painful to lose them, than not to be able to do what you want because they rebuked you.

"Maybe, you're right. I should listen to my parents. B-but, we can still be friends right? Only inside the campus." I said and pouted.

"Yup, no worries. So what we'll do now is to fix this. Some of us might been offended." she said and she come down from the terrace and was heading to the door to downstairs now.

"Ah, wait." I stopped her.

"Yes?" she turn around.

"Thank you for the time. I didn't expect this." I said and my heart beats fast.

"I'm you friend." she said and continued on her way.

LOWANNE'S POV

"What just happened a while ago?" I asked myself. I heard the students talking about Albert.

I went to Carla to ask. Pakapalan nalang ng mukha ngayon.

"Carla, nakita mo ba si Albert?" I asked her.

"Yes, she's with your friend, Diana." she replied.

"What happened earlier?" I asked and smiled embarrassingly.

"He yelled at me." she gasped. I was shocked.

"H-he yelled a-at you?" I asked stuttering.

"Yes." she sighed.

"I'll go now." she said and walk out from the cafeteria.

"What happened to Albert?"

I tried to look for him. I head to his room but I found him walking downstairs from the roof top.

"Albert!" I exclaimed and rushed to him.

"Are you okay? A-are you okay?" I said with a stammer and hold his face.

"Yes Lowanne. What brings you here?" he asked.

"I'm sorry about yesterday. I'm sorry." I apologised, bowing my head.

"It's okay. Hey." he said and hold a grip on my shoulders.

"You did nothing wrong. Forget about what happened yesterday. We're still friends." he said and hugged me right away.
