(You Will Be Mine) Yandere! Kaga Kusha x Oka Ruto (CONTINUED)

Chapter 21

3rd Person POV:

Cleaning time is nearly over. The day was, to the naked eye, a rather uneventful day. Seemingly nobody new had died (Seemingly being the keyword). To most of the students at Akademi High School, it seemed like just a normal day. The teachers gave their classes, people went to their clubs, on the surface, things seem to be looking up for Akademi High and its students. With all the recent deaths and the bad publicity that spawned from them, both the students and the facility alike were relieved. Despite this newfound optimism, everyone who is clubless or had their club canceled for the day or disbanded is exhausted. They all want to go home, for the right reasons this time. Even if the school attitude improves, some things just never change. As cleaning time ends, people shuffle either to the few surviving clubs or the exit. Nobody notices Kaga crouching in the dense bushes outside the gate.

Flashback

Kaga had used cleaning time to his full advantage. He had made last-second tweaks to the robot and began preparing to roll it out of the gate. He knew that he had to get past the gym teacher who guarded the gate like a dragon. He had planned for this, however.

Time skip

Tachibana yawned exhausted after a long day. The last several days had gone on without a single incident at the school. This was a refreshing change. Before this, it almost seemed like every week a new student met an untimely demise. Kyoshi never signed up for this. Sure, there was the incident in 1989 at this very school. But that was decades ago, time had gone on, and new students had come in. She thought surely it must be safe to sign on to teach PE. It was not like another incident like that was going to occur. Well, I guess she was wrong about that.

Kyoshi was interrupted from her thoughts by Kaga pushing a tarp covered thing on a cart. She immediately grew slightly suspicious. Cleaning time was not even a quarter of the way started. It was unlike Kaga to just leave, he had excellent grades.

"Mr. Kusha, where are you going and what do you have with you?"

"Oh this, Sensei Tachibana? It is a robot I designed for help during cleaning time. Unfortunately, one of its motors burned out and I left all the spares at home. Do you want to see it?"

Doesn't the science club already have a robot for cleaning floors? Oh well, I guess one more couldn't hurt.

"I guess I could look at it, it would provide more entertainment than standing here guarding this gate all day."

Kaga pulls off the tarp revealing the robot. Where the weapons would be placed Kaga had put the cleaning supplies from earlier onto the robot. It looked just like a robot designed to clean floors. Kyoshi was impressed, to say the least. This was not some little dinky bot that she saw on TV. This was a massive machine that could probably clean floors very efficiently. Little did Sensei Tachibana know that the weapons for the robot were stored inside a toolbox on the robot cart.

"This is very impressive Kaga. You know what? I have talked to some of the other facility members about you. They told me how good a student you are. I can see that they are not wrong at all. You can go straight home just this once ok? Don't come back."

"Really?! Thank you Sensei Taiso!!!" Kaga exclaimed with a false sense of delight.

"Yes, you can go ahead. Just don't tell anyone about this, ok."

"Sure, thing Sensei Tachibana."

"Ok now let me go open the gate for you."

End Flashback

Kaga managed to reattach all the weapons to the robot after he had hidden. He knew it was a good idea to design the weapons holders with a modular design. He had so impressed the teacher that she did not realize he never left. Kaga kept on watching as the masses of students diminished to a couple stragglers. As soon as Kaga had deemed that everyone who did not have a club had left (well besides Raibaru), Kaga grabbed the robot and hoisted it into position facing the entrance to Akademi High. He grabbed the tablet that he would need to control the bot and turned on the internet hotspot in his pocket. He then waited patiently for Raibaru to arrive. The one thing he was concerned about was his Oka-senpai. She had not left the school with the other students. Too bad he cannot go and check to see where she is. Kaga can only hope that she is alright and that is slowly killing him inside. One thing was for sure though, he didn't have long to wait.
