3rd Person POV:

It was noon in the Kusha residence. Their house, a large mansion hidden away inside the wilderness of Japan's mountains was buzzing with life. However, it was a simple kind of life, despite the large nature of the place. While the rest of the world had advanced significantly in terms of technology, for the Kusha's they preferred to keep it simple. They did not own any self-driving cars (most of the technology inside said cars was created by Kaga Kusha). The Kusha's still relied on the archaic self-driven cars for travel outside their mansion. Everyone else had microchips and glasses that served essentially as micro-computers. The Kusha's relied on older technology and had only gotten chipped after extreme reluctance. Indeed, they preferred to live out their lives in a simple sort of manner reminiscence of the late 2010s to early 2020s. When pressed, they simply explained that those years were the time that they found true meaning in life. The warm sunlight showered through the leaves of the surrounding forest of trees. Meanwhile, inside the residency, a certain older woman with greying black hair and dazzlingly purple eyes was putting away the materials she had used for her ritual to the Demons. The demon's prophecy had indeed come true. With the scientific knowledge and connections of Kaga Kusha on Oka's side, she had indeed proven the existence of the Demonic Realm to the scientific community. It had been a hard-fought battle and Kaga did lose some credibility among some of the scientific community, at first. Soon though hard work and testing (plus a little bit of Demonic magic) a majority of the scientific community was convinced. Among some, now relegated to the fringes of the scientific community, they still believe Kaga and Oka were simply making the whole thing up. They are a shrinking rapidly shrinking fringe soon to be driven to virtual extinction along with Eugenics and Flat Earthers before them. The discovery of the Demons had shaken the Scientific world. Many began to question other areas of pseudo-science and tales of seemingly paranormal and unearthly beings. Soon after Demons became accepted into the scientific community, the United States, British and Russian governments revealed that they had indeed been hiding wrecked spaceships from extraterrestrial beings. They had been tucked away in airbases and secret storage facilities across the three countries for decades. The governments had simply been waiting for the public to be ready to deal with these discoveries. Bolstered by these disclosures, more adventurers began setting off looking for other mysterious creatures ranging from the more provable Bigfoot to the more outlandish tales of deep-sea creatures like the Loch Ness Monster. While these ventures had been met with little success so far, enthusiasm remains high. Now that they have the backing of the scientific community, all groups are confident they are right around the corner of another earth-shattering discovery. Science still has not fully adjusted to the reality of the Demon's existence and likely never will.

With the legitimacy of Demonic entities, the Demons had received a ton of new supporters and followers. The demons and the occult were the only 'religion' that had the backing of the Scientific Community. As a result, other rival religions that lacked such proof as Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and Buddhism had been driven to near extinction. Their remaining followers now composed of the more radicalized sects of said religions handled the proof of the presence of Demons differently. From outright denying the obvious scientifically proven facts, believing steadfast that soon their religion would also be to be scientifically viable as well, to even modify their religion to fit into the Demonic framework. Some even claim that this proves the Scientific Community had been lost to forces of evil and sin. Overall, this mattered little as, without the backing of science, these religions were effectively neutered.
