Chapter 26

Laura was in the car with the Lynch's. They were all singing to every song that played on the radio, they were having such a good time.

Ross often looked at Laura, admiring her voice and the way she was smiling, her smile was the most beautiful thing in the world.

They were driving to Laura's house, she had to stay home now and stay with her family for a while, they missed her.

"We're here!" Riker announced, pulling up in the driveway. Ross frowned, holding her hand so he could get out of the car with her.

"I'll miss you so damn much" Ross sighed. Laura nodded and smiled sadly.

"Relax, we are gonna see each other soon" She said, kissing his cheek and grabbing her bags.

Ross nodded "I'll walk you to the front door" He said, grabbing the baggage from her hands.

They walked to the door and Ross gave her the bags. Laura smiled.

"Thank you, love" Laura said, messing with his hair. Ross smiled big and pecked her lips.

"No problem" He answered.

Just then the door burst open. They turned their heads, it was Damiano.

"Laura! Hey sweetie!" He hugged her.

"Hi my favorite man! I missed you" Laura exclaimed. Ross smiled.

"Hello Ross" Damiano said, giving Ross a handshake.

"Come on in, guys" Laura's dad said, giving them space to enter the house.

"Umm, actually, my family is waiting for me. I guess I'll have to go, but thank you" Ross said, smiling.

"Okay, tell them I said hi" Damiano said, giving him a handshake again and going inside the house, living Ross and Laura alone again.

"Bye baby" Laura said, kissing him "We'll talk to each other later".

"I love you" Ross said, and walked to his family.

Laura waved to everybody and went inside her house. Once she closed the door, she was attacked with hugs.

"Laura! We missed you, sweetie! Welcome back" Ellen said, hugging her tightly, just like Vanessa.

They pulled away and Laura saw Vanessa and Ellen smirking at each other.

"So, did something special happened in Australia?" Ellen asked, raising her eyebows.

Damiano entered the living room, where they were, and joined in the conversation.

"What are you talking about?" Laura asked asked, confused.

"You and Ross.... Nothing you have to tell us?" Vanessa smirked.

"We worked, hung out, went to his concert, we kissed----" Laura started, but was interrupted by the girls screaming.

"You kissed?!" Damiano asked, a smile starting to form in his face.

Laura blushed "We kinda did... We are together"

"FINALLY!" Damiano yelled. "You don't know how long this kid waited for you". Laura smiled.

"So, I am a little tired, and tomorrow I have to go back to set. I'll take a shower and go to bed, good night" Laura said blowing kisses. They waved.

Upstairs, Laura entered her room and threw herself on her bed, missing the comfortable feeling of it.

Her phone rang. She looked at the screen and it was Ross. She smiled and picked up the phone.

"Well well well, hi Austin" Laura said with a weird voice. He laughed.

"Hi Ally" He exclaimed.

"What's up?" She asked worried, I mean, they just saw each other, maybe something bad happened.

"Nothing, I just needed to hear your voice, really."

"You are sweet" She said in awe. He blushed.

"So, have you told your family about us?"

"Yes, they freaked out, you have no idea"

"I love 'em"

"My dad loves you more, I think he loves you more than he loved me, really. New ship: Doss" Laura said with a serious voice.

"Does that make me the girl?" Ross asked, laughing.

"Yes" She laughed "Ross, I'll take a shower and then I'll go to bed, good night"

"Okay baby, have a good night, I love you"

"I love you too" She hung up.

Laura went to the bathroom and took a relaxing warm shower, putting sweatpants and Ross' sweater (which he forgot with her).

She smelled his sweater, the best smell in the world. She smiled and turned off the lights and covered herself with blankets, sighing.

Tomorrow she would go to set again and hear everybody screaming because she was with Ross. It was funny how every one loved them together.

She fell asleep after a while, missing Ross' arms around her. Her phone started ringing again. She groaned and grabbed it, without seeing the caller ID.

"Laura" Oh, it was Ross. Laura widened her eyes and looked at the clock, 1 am.

"Is everything alright?" She asked, lazily.

"Yes, I can't sleep" He said, desperately. Laura sighed and shook her head.

"Gosh Ross, you scared me, I thought something was going on, don't ever do that again---" She was interrupted by Ross.

"It's all your fault" He said. Laura was confused.

"What? Why" She asked. Ross groaned.

"You are not here, I want you here with me, I can't sleep without you, I'm officially addicted to you, please, let me be with you" He whispered desperately.

"Calm down, baby. What do you want to do?" She asked. Ross jumped out of his bed and put sweatpants on.

"I'm coming over" He said getting out of his room. She gasped worriedly.

"Are you crazy? Ross, it's dangerous-----" She started.

"I need you, please" Ross said. He knew she was worried, and that it was dangerous, but he had to see her. She sighed.

"Okay, I'll wait for you" She said, hanging up and putting her phone on the night stand.

She laid there, waiting for him. Suddenly, someone knocked on her balcony's glass door.

Laura knew it was Ross, he always did that. She got up and opened the door, allowing him to come inside her room.

"Finally" He said, before putting his hand on her cheek and kissing her lips hard. She put her hands on his waist and kissed back.

She pulled away and closed her balcony's door, while he sat on her bed.

"You are wearing my sweater" He smiled "You look so cute".

"Thank you" She smiled back, and sat next to him.

"Look, I know we can't sleep together everyday, but today I just needed to feel you next to me, in my arms" He said. She smiled and stroke his cheek.

"It's okay, I missed you. Can we sleep now? Tomorrow we have to go to set" Laura asked. Ross laid on her bed and she laid next to him, turning off the lights.

Ross hugged her waist from behind, putting her/ his sweater up a little. He stroke her belly, making her shiver.

"Good night, love" Was the last thing he said, before finally falling asleep.
