Chapter 25: Queen Hitoka

About 15 minutes later, they had a well made pillow and blanket fort in between both bunk beds.

"It's perfect," Yachi cheered. Hinata cheered with her.

"It's ok, I guess," Kageyama mumbled.

"Come on let's go inside," Yachi pulled Hinata and Kageyama inside with her.

They had to bend down and crawl inside. There was a small lamp inside and pillows to lay down on.

"Hehe, it's so cozy," Yachi snuggled in between the two. She rested her head on Hinata's shoulder. Hinata looked down at her and smiled.

She looked up and smiled too. He started to lean in to give her a kiss but Kageyama forced a cough to alert them that he was still there.

Hinata looked at him annoyed.

"I wish this fort had a wall right about here," Hinata said pointing at the area between Kageyama and Yachi. Kageyama rolled his eyes.

"Well, I wish it had a wall right here," Kageyama said pointing at the space between Hinata and Yachi.

Hinata scowled at him and Kageyama scowled right back.

"No walls!" Yachi sat up and yelled.

"Walls separate people! I like when we're all together," she smiled.

Hinata and Kageyama sat up too and looked at her surprised.

Hinata patted her head. "You're too sweet, Yachi."

Just then Tanaka walked into the cabin.

"What happened in here?" he asked.

"We made a fort!" Yachi said, popping her head out.

"I see that," Tanaka looked around. Hinata also came out.

"Hinata, come over here," Tanaka called him. Hinata went over to the side with him.

"How is she? Is she still really drunk?" he asked him.

"Well...." Hinata looked at Yachi. She had her arms on her hips and was telling Kageyama something with a smug look on her face. "Yea, I think she is," he said.

"Man, I don't know how much longer it'll be before Daichi decides to come see how Yachi is doing...maybe you can get her to fall asleep?" Tanaka looked at him.

"Here?" Hinata questioned.

"Yea, then you can carry her back to her cabin," Tanaka told him.

"Uh, ok, I guess you're right," Hinata said.

"Ok, I'll keep Daichi from coming in here for a while. You get her to fall asleep," Tanaka turned to leave while Hinata went to join Yachi and Kageyama.

"Hinata! Guess what?" Yachi yelled.

"What?"

"I'm Queen of the fort now! Call me Queen Hitoka from now on," she told him.

"Queen...Hitoka?" he said shyly.

"Yes," Yachi nodded.

"Does that make me your...king?" Hinata blushed.

Yachi giggled. "No silly, we would have to marry each other for that to happen," she said. Kageyama laughed with her. Hinata gave him a look.

"Then what am I?" Hinata asked.

"You're my servant of course, along with Kageyama," Yachi declared.

Hinata looked at Kageyama who shrugged his shoulders and went along with it.
