~Chapter 5~

Lenza's Pov:

"Sweetie wake up." I heard my Dad say.

I opened my eyes and saw Marcel and Josh. I jumped up out of bed and to Josh.

"Josh! Where have you been?" I asked surprised.

"I needed a break from all of the stuff here. You remember when I told you about that boy I was with right?" He asked.

"Yeah?" I was confused. Did they break up?

"Well, he broke up with me and then moved away from New Orleans." He said sadly.

"Well then fuck him. He's a bitch." I said back, now I'm mad.

"Language." My Dad said to me.

"Yeah. Yeah." I said not really caring.

"Get your stuff little one. You're meeting them today." Marcel said with a smile.

"I know. I'm so excited." I said feeling so happy.

"We know. We can hear your heart racing." Josh said making us all laugh.

"How much do I need to get?" I asked my Dad.

"Well for now only get enough stuff for about two weeks like clothes, shoes, your jewelry, and all the other things you need. I've got three suitcases right over there for your stuff." He said the last part pointing to the suitcases.

"Okay, Dad." I said in response.

Josh stayed to help me pack, Marcel and Dad left to talk. Just as I was getting finished with my packing my Dad and Marcel walked into the room.

"Are you done?" Marcel asked.

"Um..." I looked to Josh and he nodded. "Yeah. I guess so."

"Good, Niklaus is asking when I'll be back." My Dad said going to grab the suitcases.

"Wait. Do they know I'm coming?" I asked confused.

"No your dad wanted to surprise them." Josh said, with his smile growing.

"Okay?" I said it as a question.

"Let's go then." My Dad said smiling at how happy I was.

We walked out to my Dad's car and we all got in and started driving. I was in awe of the beautiful city. I wish I could've seen it sooner.

We've been driving for about five minutes when we stopped at what I assume is his family's house. My Dad turned around and looked at me.

"You ready Angel?" He asked unsure about all of this.

"Of course I am Dad." I gave him a smile. But I really don't know if I am or not.

"Then come on." He said getting out of the car.

He zipped around and opened my door. Great so vampires have super speed. He read my facial expression.

"Yes, we have super speed." My Dad said looking at me smiling.

"Obviously." I said back.

"Okay well, you're going to stay out here with Marcel so I can get everyone together, then I'll ask him and Josh to bring you in. Okay?" My Dad said.

"Okay." I said back.

Elijah's Pov:

"Okay." She said back.

I could tell she was happy, but I was scared about how they would react. I walked into the compound to see Niklaus, Kol, and Freya talking.

"Brother." Niklaus said to me.

"Hello. Is everyone here?" I asked more to my sister.

"Yes, Elijah. Why?" Freya said to me, confused.

"Can you get them all here? Even Hope?" I asked her.

"Yeah, one second." I could hear the confusion in her voice.

About five minutes later everyone was in the courtyard confused, looking at me waiting for what I was about to say. I walked over to Hayley.

"Remember. But say nothing out loud." I said lifting the compulsion I put on her thirteen and a half years ago. She looked at me and shook her head, yes, saying she understood.

"What's going on Elijah?" Finn asked.

"Marcellus. Josh. You can bring her in." I said raising my voice to make sure they could hear me. The door opened and my daughter walked in with Marcel and Josh right behind her.
