Kidnapped by Hawkmoth ( miraculous ladybug)

Part 13

I scarfed down my dinner trying to get back to my room as fast as possible. As i finally finished it, i started making my way back to my room. 

" Adrien" Natalie calls

You have got to be kitten me. 

" Come sit back down. I have a few things to talk about. "

Noooooon

I was so close to my freedom. 

I sit back down and impatiently await what she has to tell me. She continues to stare at her ipad  as if she was reading  something. Of course out of all the days that she needs to tell me something and is taking her sweet time to do so,  I really need to go back up to my room. 

Tick tock Tick tock Tick tock 

Her watch fills the silent room with an eerie tick tock, a reminder that time is passing so slowly yet so fast. Finally she looks up at me and

" How was the salad?" she asked while sitting down to the left of me. 

The what- she has never asked me about my meals?

" It was good"

" Awesome, the chief was nervous about preparing it so he'll be happy to hear you enjoyed it. " She said with delight. 

"For tomorrow, Your schedule will include....  a photo shoot and fencing. You don't have any Chinese lessons but we do expect you to study. " She said with an unexpected cheerful tone and a smile ?

Who are you and what have you done with Natalie ?

I nod my head hoping her act is over and i can leave. 

" So" She set her ipad down

Oh no        

" Hows  school ?"

" Alright" I say giving her a short answer so she'll lose interest quickly. 

" And your studies?" 

" Good "

" what about your friends? How are they ?"

" They're great. "

I see no end to this soon so i do the next thing that pops into my head.  I fake a yawn and with a sleepy voice and say " I'm getting tired. I think i should get some sleep."

She stares at me and for a moment I think she saw right through my lie. 

" Okay goodnight " She said with a smile and walked away. 

Wow that was weird. 

I ignore it and rush upstairs to my  room.

I enter my room and rush to my desk

" How is she?" I ask 

" The same. She hasn't moved since you left. "plagg answered

I sat down at my desk  " Is there anything we can do" 

Plagg thought for a moment, " We should take her to the guardian "

" Who " I question 

" The last guardian of the miraculous. He'll know what to do. "

" Then lets go " I said not wanting to waste anymore time. 

" Wait what about alya? You told her you were gonna come back. " 

" Alya can wait. "

Alya pov 

I literally can't wait.
