Kidnapped by Hawkmoth ( miraculous ladybug)

Part 14

" Adrien  wake up "

I hear someone tell me to wake up but everything in my body tell me the opposite. 

no adrien don't wake up stay asleep in the comfort of your bed,  don't face the world yet. 

I open my eyes to find a dimly lit room but not my room.  I yawn and try to remember the last thing that happened. I sit up and turn to see master fu and the memories come flooding back to me. I  remember sitting on the mat i guess at some point i must've dozed off. I quickly turn to see how tikki is but she remains unconscious. 

" You should be on your way home." Master fu tells me. 

" But what if tikki wakes up? I should be here."

" You should be at your house in your own bed, before someone realizes you're not. Plus you have school soon "

I do ?

" What time is it ?" 

" 4 Am " Plagg said in an annoyed voice from my jacket. 

Oh. I guess i was more tired than i realized. 

" Okay but text me if anything happens with tikki." I say giving him my number

" I will "

I swiftly left and  arrived at my house moments later. 

Throughout the school day i was very anxious and kept checking my phone frequently. I sat in my classes, did my work, and thought of nothing else. 

When lunch came around i finally got a text but to my disappointment it was only Natalie who texted me saying my photo shoot was cancelled due to lighting issues and moved to next Saturday.  This was good news to me since i don't really like photo shoots. So i decided i would spend lunch at master fu's to check on how  things were doing. 

As i was about to leave campus, i ran into Alya and Nino, who i haven't seen all day. Which ironically I've been in the same classes with them- even sitting next to nino at one point but I've been too worried and focused on tikki and ladybug to really acknowledge their presence. 

As i walked over to them they seemed to be giving me death glares probably cause I've been unintentionally ignoring them all day but on closer expection they seemed to be on edge.  

Alya was the one to speak first, " Hey adrien, can you come to my house for lunch?"

" Actually I've got somewhere to be. " I said avoiding eye contact. I felt guilty that I've been prioritizing tikki over them which is understandable but i could never explain it to them. 

"Dude Its important." Nino said trying to convince me. Now by his tone i could tell it was serious heck its the most serious I've ever heard him sound. But more important than tikki ?They can wait,  tikki on the other hand i have no idea. 

" I have something really important to tell you. Can you try to get out of wherever you're going and come to my house." She pleaded

Wow i'm surprised they know i can never get out of stuff my dad has me do, yet she still asks. Makes me wonder what can be this important. 

" um  I have to be somewhere right now but maybe i can try to come to your house before lunch ends. "  I say genuinely. If i knew it wasn't anything important i would just tell them i can't get out of it. But seeing how desperate they look - they need me. I'll just pop in to master fu's get an update and then go see whats up with alya and nino.
