"Welcome to New Bark town!" Shaya exclaimed, petting Absol on the head as they all entered the small town. The group looked around the small town as Shaya spotted a familiar boy.

"Ethan!" Shaya called out as the black hair boy looked at in her direction. He smiled brightly as the Pokemon next to him gave out a squeal of delight and ran over to her.

Shaya laughed and crouched down, almost getting knocked off her feet by Ethan's Pokemon, Marill. "I missed you to Marill!" Shaya exclaimed before letting the blue Pokemon down and run back to Ethan. Shaya waved to him as Ethan smiled at her.

"So what brings you here back in the Johto Region Shaya?" Ethan asked as he greeted the Absol that was by my side. "Looking healthy as ever Absol."

'Thank you dear.'

"Professor Elm called Professor Juniper for something and She send me here to deliver it to him." I smiled as he gave me a smirk. "Hah, I knew you were the deliver girl! Lyra now owes me ten bucks!" Ethan cheered as Shaya sweat dropped.

"Right well..." But before she could say something else, Ethan noticed the group behind me. "Who are they Shay?" Ethan asked, using my nickname.

"Can you just tells where Professor Elm's lab is?" Shaya asked before Ethan could ask for more any questions. "Err right, come on!"

"I see..." Professor elm muttered, clearly in deep through after we explain the whole situation. He then sighed. "I'm sorry, but the only way you can get back home is to go to Olivine City by foot." Professor Elm sighed.

The group groaned in a disappointment, as I thought of something.

"Let's just sleep in for the day. It's almost night and I'm sure all of you are tired by now." Shaya suggested as she heard Tyson yawn.

"Yea, I'm beat!" Tyson exclaimed. "But where are we going to sleep?"

"Don't worry, I have some rooms, but not enough for all of you. So I guess you all have to share each rooms." Professor elm said as he called the assistant to show them to their rooms. When they all left, except for Ethan, Shaya, and professor elm, everything became quiet before Professor elm spoke.

"So do you have the package?" Professor elm asked as Shaya nodded, bringing out a brown tightly sealed package. She handed it over to professor elm and asked. "What's in the package professor?" Ethan asked, beating Shaya to the question as she glared at him, Ethan just smirked back at her.

"Oh just some parts..." Elm muttered before leaving the two, when he left. Ethan faced Shaya with a smirk. Shaya also had a smirk on her face as they had a stare down.

"Don't forget Shaya, you still owe me a battle." He then brought out a pokeball. "6 on 6."

"Wouldn't dream of forgetting a battle with you." Shaya smirked, Absol growling slightly. Ready for the battle.

"A battle?" They heard a voice asked as they looked at the doorway to see Tyson, Ray, Kai, Max, Hiro, Kenny, and Hilary.

"Right, you guys never seen a Pokemon battle before." Shaya smiled as Ethan stared confusingly between the group and Shaya. Shaya looked at him, smirking. "Let's show them good Pokemon battle, alright?" Ethan smirked, still not knowing what they're talking about but just went with it. "Alright!"

They were all outside in the field behind Professor elm's lab, for the battle or for Pokemon to play at. Ethan and Shaya were far cross each other while the group watched at the sidelines.
