Chapter 7- Sweet Pea Shut Up!

Betty POV

Yesterday I gave birth to my baby boy. It was worse than I expected. My legs still hurt. But he's healthy and normal. He's really small.

He doesn't sleep through the night. I knew that would happen though. I'm happy that he's here and I have someone to hold. I love him already since I looked at his bright green eyes yesterday. He starts to stir and let's out a whimper.

"Hey baby you're okay" I pick him up and hold him again my chest. He lets out a sob.

"Are you hungry?" I say. Even though he can't answer me. I pull up my shirt and let him feed.

He's beautiful. He has blonde curly hair and green eyes. I can definitely tell he has my dimples too.  I named him Colton James Cooper. He didn't cry when he was born so i thought he was dead for about 5 minutes until I checked his breathing.

"Oh you gave birth" Penny says standing at the door with a plate in her hand.

"Yeah yesterday" I say and look down at him.

"You were quieter than the other girls" she says and I nod. I thought i was really loud.

"Is it a girl" she asks and puts the plate on the dresser.

"No its a boy" i say to her she nods and leaves the room. Later that day Chic came into the room yelling at me that I messed it up. How was he supposed to sell a boy. I was supposed to have a girl like the rest of the girls did. I don't care honestly. I wasn't gonna let him touch my kid anyways.

Colton is now six months old and the happiest little thing ever. He's always smiling or giggling. I walk out of the bathroom and see him squealing and playing with his feet.

"What are you smiling about" i giggle and he puts his foot in his mouth.

"Oh you discovered your feet" I smile at him. He takes his foot out of his mouth and does grabby hands. I pick him up and sit him on my lap.

"Hi" I smile and he starts babbling. Then Charles walks into the room with a plate.

"Here's your food" he puts it on the dresser and walks out. I sit Colton on the bed and grab the plate. It has an half of an sandwich on it.

I walk back to the bed and Colton sits up. "Hey Colty" I smile and he tries to grab my sandwich.

"Are you hungry" I ask him. I sit him on my lap and lift up my shirt to let him eat.  Most people would of probably stopped breastfeeding. But he needs to eat everyday and until I find a way for us to get out of here I'll keep feeding him.

"So Jones you find a girlfriend yet" sweet pea says and sits next to me. I look at him and roll my eyes.

"I told you I don't want a girlfriend." I say.

"Damn Toni what'd you do to him." He says.

"What do you mean what'd i do to him.

"You took his virginity now he doesn't want a girlfriend."

"How'd you even... Jughead you seriously told him"She says. Me and toni dated in secret for two years when I was fourteen and last year we broke up because we thought it would be better if we were friends.

"No I didn't I don't know how he knows" I say and finish my sandwich.

"Sp how do you know" She asks sweet pea.

"Fp told me" He says.

"Why would my dad tell you that" I say.

"I asked him if you had lost your V-card and he said you lost it to toni" he says.

"You told your dad" she yells at me.

"He's my dad I tell him everything" I say and she glares at me and walks away.

"So...Are you gay?" Sweet Pea asks

"Sweet Pea shut up' I say

"Okay" He says.
