⚠️Chapter 21-I'm cold

Jughead POV

I have been walking for how long I don't know. All I know is that it's cold and it's stated to snow. I left my jacket at Alice's which was stupid. But I wasn't thinking I just needed to get out of there before I broke down.

I just found out that my crush likes one of my best friends. Well I'm not sure though but she could. How else am I supposed to react.

It's fucking freezing out here. I only wearing a t-shirt, jeans and my converse. I'm so fucking stupid. I wearing a t-shirt in the snow.

I walk to sweet water river. It's where Betty and I used to go when we were younger. Just to talk or play. I came here or to Betty's grave just to think. Once I get here I go to our tree and I sit down.

"What am I doing" I say. I'm lost. What am I supposed to do. What if she doesn't like me. I'm just supposed to happy for her. When im not really happy.

"Hey look who it is" Reggie says walking with then rest of the bull dogs.

"You do look so tough without the jacket" Archie says and I see Thomas do I thing of jingle jangle.

"Leave me alone Reggie" I say.

"Why snake? Huh you should jump into the river and freeze to death. No reason for a person like you. To be here." Reggie says. And to be honest I'm considering doing it.

"No one would miss you" Archie says.

"Can you guys just fuck off please" I say and stand up. But Reggie pushes me down.

"No Jughead we're gonna beat you until you're not able to say another snarky comment ever again" Reggie says and then him and the rest of the bulldogs start hitting me.

I wake up cold. Like freezing and my body hurts. I try to sit up but it hurts to much. I let out a cough. I'm definitely gonna have a cold tomorrow.

If I even survive the night. It's fucking freezing and it's getting hard to breath. I already can't feel my legs.  Maybe it's because I just got beat up but I still wouldn't be able to feel them.

Then I hear yelling "Jughead!" I wanna yell but it comes out as a cough. Then I see a flash of light.

"I found him!" Someone yells. Then I feel some one sit me up.

"Hey Jughead. You're okay stay awake for me okay." I hear Tom says and pick me up.

"I'm cold" I say and start coughing.

"I know we're gonna get you to the hospital okay." He says and sits me in a car.

Fp POV

"Hey Tom where is he" I ask walking into the hospital.

"He's in the back. I heard he's not letting the doctors touch him." He says.

"Okay" I sigh and walk to the front desk.

"I'm here for Forsythe Jones the third." I say.

"Oh hes not having visitors" she says.

"I'm his father. I should be able to go back there." I say.

"Okay let's see if you could calm him down. Follow me. " she says and starts walking. Once we get to a Galway I hear yelling. And I know it's Jug. She opens the door and I see Jughead in a ball on the floor in the corner of the room.

"Please forsythe calm down please." A doctor says.

"Don't touch me please" Jughead sobs.

"Hi mister Jones once we tried to get hooked up he started flipping out." His doctor says.

"I'll try to calm him down." I say and walk up to him. I squat down in front of him.

"Jug it's me. You're dad" I say and he looks up at me. His eyes are red and he pale.

"Dad" he says and wraps his arms around me.

"You're okay Jug" I say and rub his back. He's shivering really bad.

"I'm cold" he say.

"Okay let's get you in the bed" I say and help him stand up and walk. To the bed.
Once he lays down and the doctor gives him blankets and knocks out.
